Are you going to vote for Barack Obama?
After what his pastor said on national t.v. and knowing that he is a muslim, and that he turns his back on the American Flag when the Pledge of Allegiance is said, or the Star Spangled Banner is sung, Would you really vote for him?

No, but only one of your reasons is any part of my own reasoning, and a small one at that. For me, it’s about believing he is not ready to be the leader of the free world, for many different reasons. If we weren’t on two war fronts I might be more inclined to vote for a guy who was in the U.S. Senate for about 3 minutes before deciding he was ready for the Oval Office. I don’t vote because a candidate has become a rock star, I vote for a candidate because I believe they are the best choice for the job, period. And I do believe that Obama is all hat and no cattle, so no, he’s not getting my vote.

In what link did you see Barack Obama turning his back on the American flag?
Please let me know because if a guy mocks the American flag then he shouldn’t be in the States or running for president.

YES I AM 1. He didn’t have to sit in a church for 20 years to learn about racial hatred, he’s a black man who has be racially discriminated all of his life…even now by you people. 2. He is no more a Muslim than you are a Klu klux Klansman…or are you? 3. He is a great and proud American who is loved by millions.
4. He will be your next President of the United States of America. Get used to saying it, seeing it and being a part of the best thing to happen to this country since it’s beginning.
And stop being so afraid of black people, they won’t bite you.

Why should I? I don’t think he’s a Muslim and worship of the flag isn’t what really counts (personally, I think his time in the pews with black power churches was his way of getting street cred and drawing attention away from his own priveleged background, but there are bigger fish to fry here.).
Obama supporters, please help me out here. He doesn’t seem to have a sound plan to get any of his pie in the sky promises an inch closer to reality. He said he’d get us out of Iraq "immediately" and already he’s waffling, as he is about a number of his promises (see PR Newswire link below).
Don’t get me wrong– Bush never should have started the Iraq War and I’m disgusted by the whole thing, but it’s clear that now that we’ve destroyed so many cities and livelihoods that we can’t just say, "Sorry, Iraq… Later!" Face the depressing truth: We are stuck there for a long time to rebuild what we’ve destroyed. And that means aid workers will need to be defended from the anti-America Iraqi guerillas and ordinary Iraqi citizens turned militant over what they’ve lost because of this war. That means long-term military presence. There is no one year window of escape and I think Obama is smart enough to know this. I honestly think he just thought he would get more votes if he said he’d get us out fast. There is a big difference between being against the Iraq War and realistically being able to "end it" immediately.
But, please, please, please, Obama supporters, tell me why you believe in what Obama says about Iraq (what ever version you choose) and how will he actually get it done quickly with Congressional support.
My question to you is, assuming he wins the general election, are you going to turn against him if he doesn’t come through with his original promise to get us out of Iraq in a year?

I sure will. You shouldn’t discriminate against a person because of his/her Race, Religion, Sex, or National Orgin. That’s against the Law. David Duke is a member of the Klan and is in politics. No one complained about that. There are Klan members on the police forces, and in politics also in the military and etc. But it’s OK for them to be in a certain position. Muhammed Ali is Muslim also and he is the Greatest. The US tried to force him to be in the military for their own benefits. So why is everybody picking on this little man? This is suppose to be a free country, as long as his beliefs doesn’t interfere with his duties. People are so quick to forget when it comes to having someone black in the white house. People will stir up all kinds of petty excuses to keep Sen O’Bama out of the white house. They don’t realize how ridiculous their questions and comments are. Nothing better to do with their times, but to try and put down a man with a tan. Always fishing for racist comment.

its really sad i think that some people are wanting to believe what they hear and not wanting to see that that is really not the truth and this is what i suggest to all that want to go by what the tv is saying ,look this is election year and the facts are all ways twisted, and if you believe every thing that you hear on tv then may be you shouldnt vot until you know more about how politics works.this is a time for change and one thing tht we need to change is the way we think and stop being pushed around by a government lye steals and cheats and that is what i want any way,we have been living in a government that wants us to be in fear but the truth is we have to fear our government that we have now .
and for the people that said some thing about the medical being paid for by americans for illigals your wrong that is a misconception that a lot of people have the truth is that is some thing our government knows also that these people are paying there way and yes they do pay taxes just like every one else and to not fix the problem the right way will leave americans hurting more then we are now how do you send that many people out and along with the taxes that they pay in but cant get back and exspect for it not to hurt our taxes we use to fix rounds send our kids to free schools and not take away jobs from americans the truth is they are helping us to keep the companys that are using them and bring in new jobs for americans this i can tell you that it is true we should close our boarders but you have to work with the families that are here or we will all hurtit is not as simple as trow the all out ,we have to do it the best way for our country, and the americans that have families.because if we dont we will for sure go in to a recession like never before, and then who could the people that live on fear of others that are differant blame ,we all want better but it wont come from fearing change .and to tell you the truth america is great because of the changes it has made, and yes america is great and an awsome place to live.and remember fear and hate is what is feeding this crazy war monster that is on our back.
p.s and yes i will vote for some one i believe loves america as much as we all do,and wants to see it change, for the better for an america where we all can live free and that peace and happy time will follow and some one who is strong enough to not fear ,fear and to look the bad in the face and say hey this is not what the world needs and if you think about it that is what has changed our country for the better ,and you cant change what your not willing to look in the face and hear them ,change comes from saying what you believe is right and by example and you cant do that if you arent willing to try and to tell you what i think mccain is not the one to bring change he is like a stubbern old fart that cant see that change is coming and he just doesnt no how to bring it just like he didnt want there to be a martin luther king day he was wrong then and he is wrong now, change is what we want not just living in the past where people are hung in the streets because of the color of there skin.that is the past and now we must all work for a future that is a rainbow of colors working in unison. and we are the rainbow the children the future, not the past. so dont believe what you hear because the devil decieves the ones that let him.

First I don’t care that hes muslim. Scary huh. Someone whos not prejudice towards another religion and some huge christian who is terrified of things they don’t really understand. Secondly, pay attention to the man, not some reverand he’s not really associated with anymore. Thirdly, you realize he is in fact christian not muslim to begin with right? His biggest ties with it is that his father was muslim. Finally, the alternative is waht mccain? Yeah ok because he’s so great and all. God people are stupid. So in short yes I’m going to vote for him.

He is not a Muslim, this stuff is all a myth besides what his pastor said.
Also, it’s dumb to hold someone accountable for something that another person did. My pastor has said some pretty crazy things. That doesn’t mean I believe everything he says. You sound immature. Grow up and learn how to use google.

Wow, do you actually believe a single one of those things? You don’t deserve the privilege of voting. If you vote against him for decent reasons, more power to you, but basing your vote on completely false information is just irresponsible, and quite frankly unpatriotic.

31 Aug 2010
If he is a muslim then why was he a member of Christian church?
He does not turn his back. He puts his hand over his heart for the pledge of allegiance but doesn’t when he sings the national anthem. That’s the way I learned it growing up (I am the exact same age as him, by the way) and I’m certainly not a communist.
I don’t know who I’m going to vote for yet, but I can tell you I would not vote for whoever you are voting for if all I had to go was the accuracy of your facts. And is that what you really want? To turn people AWAY from your point of view, all because you didn’t check your facts?

Yep.
Because I know for a fact that everything you noted is not true.
Obama is NOT a Muslim. Obama IS a patriot.
The facts are out there for anyone who truly cares to know. Not caring for Obama is one thing. Not caring for the truth is another.
