I am at wits end. I am seriously about to have a breakdown.The mileage has been recorded incorrectly two times on my car title which has sent up red flags at the DMV even though I have legal documents correcting the errors. I have to get an affidavit from a previous finance company that repossessed the car saying that the lien was settled by the repo and an affidavit verifying the mileage at the time of repo. The finance
company doesn’t want to talk to me because I’m not actually one of their customers or the dealer. They say they know nothing about it and that I shouldn’t be the one calling anyway, but without it I can’t drive!!

I am so mad. I have been told several times that it’s the dealership’s responsibility to do this. The dealership is in Tennessee and say it isn’t required in their state (MO DMV says its a federal law) and haven’t been much help. They told me nothing about this problem before I bought the car. Should I get a lawyer? It is legally their responsibility?

I am kinda frustrated, I am a 27D paralegal Specialist in the United States Army and have been in the Army for almost four years, I have been a Specialist for almost two years. I get volunteered for every crappy duty and detail even more then the PFC (Female) that works in our office. I get all my instructions at the last minute and I every time I try to call most of my NCO’s 3 out of 5 of them they don’t pick up the phone but god for bide if I am asleep and don’t hear the phone. Every time I get award or do something good or find any way to get recognized they decided they must give the PFC an award that is better then mine for doing less. All my stuff always seems like i can do it if they have all there stuff finished i always comes second like seeing if can switch duty assignments because I PCS soon and I want to find out if I can swap for another deploying unit to be close to home so my wife (who is not from the USA) can have my family to help support her while i am gone and so I don’t have to worry while I am deployed (all I want is a yes or no answer so i can buy plane ticket for her for when we leave in may). I am in the primary zone for the SGT E-5 promotion and our points are at 385 this month and are always around mid 400′s to high 300′s. I have military ed and civilian ed maxed, at 220 pt score and shoot a 27 and have an AAM and a ARGCM. I have no negative counseling statements, no UCMJ action never been late or in the wrong uniform and whenever told to execute I do so no whining complaints. I also have been to 5 solider of the month boards and won 1 of them.The only time I ever complain is when i am venting to my Friends The only thing that i am missing is a board recommendation On my counseling statements it just give me some lame excuse like you need to be more responsible something generic just as a way to put me off but never anything specific like be on time more, or do extra pt , nothing concrete I just got flagged for being over Weight last month I dropped the Weight so I should be unflagged on tuesday when I get tapped Again. My point is this it sucks doing all this stuff but it is bearable when you know at least you will get promoted when the time come but when that hope isn’t there it sucks 10 times worse. is there anything about this that I can file an IG complaint on or Congersional? Also any motivational or advice/ Inspiration would help alot to keep my spirts up.
first I am going to get unflagged as soon as i get wieghted and tapped agian. I found out that it was my nutrition I need to keep closer count of my calories. I did that and I think I got it now to where I can keep my wieght steady. Second I am just saying I am trying get awards cause I don’t have that catagory maxed yet. Third I am just a little lost as to what exactly theese complaints (IG and Congressional) are for. I am thinking that he wants me to be a carbon copy of him and no one is a carbon copy, everyone has there own style and will find what works for them. I also forgot to mention that he is PCSing 3 months after me to my new base, so I am like WTF if he goes there I am screwed agian unless I get promoted before he gets there. Also i was hoping for some kind of motivational advice or tips because it is really hard to stay motivated when you feel you have no promotion coming and no reall advancement future.

i bought my chihuahua puppy from this breeder back in december. I found this website searching for a chihuahua breeder in my state of ohio. i did the responsible thing, went to the home, met the family, saw all the chihuahuas, both the litter of puppies and the adult chihuahuas (there was only one litter of puppies at the time and i had seen that was usually how it was there, only one litter of pups and puppies are not available at all times) the home was clean and tidy, both the adults and puppies appeared healthy and clean and well behaved and good temperament. I picked out my baby girl, went back at 8 weeks to pick her up she had her first shots and has been nothing but healthy since the day i brought her home and has also had a wonderful temperament. my only issue is that the breeder said that the pups would be registered with the ckc and since i have had my puppy i have learned that ckc papers is worth nothing more than the paper it is written on. my question is with all the other bases checking out why wouldnt these pups be registered with akc (i understand that if parents werent registered the pups couldnt be but i mean like if the breeder spends all the time and money that i saw she does why wouldnt the pups come from better lineage. i mean i know she is not just a byb i spoke with her vet, previous puppy owners and what not and they all backed up that she had done testing and what not, far more than some breeders do. also i know that i am not the only one that has paid what i paid for my girl (750) for her to only be ckc registered and having spoke to previous purchasers why do ppl continually go for that . i just dont understand lol where i went wrong. i would just like other ppls opinion on the matter, like it they see and other red flags that i missed. i love my girl and wouldnt change a thing
and for those of you who say that reputable breeders do not advertise online are wrong if you go to the akc breeder referral most of the akc recognized breeders have a website. i have since added an addition to the family from a breeder i found at a dog show and guess what she has a website so thats not true.

Well here goes….. my ex and i had sex like almost a month ago and the condom broke. i had my regular cycles start on the 28th of november which was a friday and ended on the 5th of december. a week cycle is normal for me and i don’t get menstrual pain during my period. so i saw my stomach getting rounder and projecting out more so i bought a pregnancy test at CVS and it said negative. but yet my tummy still looks and feel pregnant. now last night i stated having lower back pains and this morning i woke up with massive stomach pains and i was bleeding. this is a big red flag. ……. could someone please tell me whats going on. i asked this question before in another category and not getting really good answers so i figured i would try again.

First, anyone that just wants to give me some unhelpful nasty answer-please go find something else to do. Im a ebay powerseller-After receiving several BS violations, like copyright infringement and unauthorized item, my account is about to be closed. Once ebay flags you for a violation-its downhill from there. My pictures and items are all legally within there rights, but Im having problems still getting them to help me. I am working on opening a new account-went and opened bank account in another state, ebay, paypal and yahoo email account with different address-but still my name. Is this enough or will I get nailed from my IP address? Anyone know any helpful tips on how to get another account opened without it being traceable to ebay using my same computer? In seven years of selling I have a 99.7% feedback-only 1 negative-so please I dont want to hear about people who have bad buying experiences-people just dont w/ me-Im a good seller/person stuck on ebays black list.

My mother and I bought a car from a dad and his son. The dad and son said it was a clean green title and had no accidents. It looked to be in good shape, we got the title notarized and paid cash for it. We went to the tag agency about a week later to get a tag put on it. They said that this wasnt the most recent title and that we can’t do anything with this. Now The son is out of state, and he tried to send us a bill of sale, it didn’t work because the tag agency said that they had a title printed last july. Now, we are trying to figure this out with the dad and son, and he says it is probably a salvage title…that’s a red flag now. This all seems fishy. Would we be able to take them to court and sue them for our money back?

In 2007 I bought a 5 acre parcel of dirt for investment purposes. I was given a Form 1098 to fill for it, and then I lost the land in 2008 due to fraud and theft. I never owned a house on it and I never declared it my primary address. During this time I lived with my parents until May 2009 I bought my first house ever. I applied for First time home buyer credit, but was denied because I filled a form 1098 on my 2007 tax returns. How can I fight this? What do I need to provide to prove I never lived in a different state and owned a house on it. It was just dirt when I entered into a contract for deed. I never received a deed… so how can I show the IRS I am okay for the credit. They saw the 1098 and threw a red flag, but I never lived on an unamed dirt road in the middle of nowhere. Any help please!
The landowner sent me the 1098 form. I did my taxes using turbotax and the form needed to be entered. He was selling the same parcel of property to more than one investor and that was fraud. I had to sue him to get my money back. So how can I prove that I never lived there… I never declared that property as my primary address.
I never intended to write off anything, the landowner sent me the 1098 form. I just followed the turbo tax procedures.
I entered into a Contract for Deed on a parcel of five acres of undeveloped land with the landowner in 2007. A deed was never issued or registered in my name. I never took out a loan and I cannot provide a physical address because there is only a dirt road that leads to these barren lots. This was an investment to buy land and sell it at a later time. I sued the landowner for fraud and we settled the case where my monies I had invested were returned to me.
