I am a US citizen living in Turkey. I want to buy a boat and register in the US. can I register in NVDC?
I would like to carry a US flag but not necessarily register it in a particular state like Delaware. What is the best way to register it in the USA?

You could get it US Coast Guard Registration. You understand that if you do that you’ll still have to pay taxes to someone government authority? If you are military you should be able to register in your home state..
