Instructions for hanging a decorative flag on a pole?
Seems like a simple task but there is no obvious way to do it. I bought the pole and banner separately at Lowes and the pole has little rings, none of which fit tightly enough to secure the flag to the pole. Should i be looking for another piece that came in the bag? Any website advise?

Drill holes in the pole at the proper locations and affix the decorative flag to the pole with simple shoelaces. I saw it on Rachael Ray.
