Obama and his refusal to wear an American Flag and refusing to place his hand over his heart.?
I am just wondering about the so called Americans that don’t mind our potential president refusing to wear an American Flag or placing his hand over his heart during the Star Spangled Banner. He has muslin blood and muslins don’t like you folks. I lived in a muslin country, I know first hand. Freedom has a flavor the protected will never taste.

What a man does and what he stands for mean a lot more to me than how he decorates his lapel..

Is Obama not a Change Agent? Ask Iowa youth. They fully endorsed his actions.

Well first I will say I do not like Obama or his policies and his inexperience is bothersome as well
However him not wearing a pin or his muslim family members do not concern me
He is easy enough to beat on the issues. No need to resort to trivial attacks. Leave those to the Clinton camp
" Ask Iowa youth"
Yes because young people are the best judge of things.
Oh wait……

if you lived in a muslin country, then you’ve apparently forgotten the rules of this country when it comes to the american flag.
and for the most part, most all of americans have mixed blood in their systems. and if you lived in a muslin country, beware. you probably have some in you.

There is no such thing as Muslim blood- Muslim is a religion not a race- a person who doesnt believe in the Muslim religion (as Obama doesnt) isnt a Muslim. You cant stop being black or white.
Muslims dont hate America – 6 million people are Muslims and Americans- Muslims dont like the US foreign policy- no decent person does- bombing and invading their countries – people generally dont like being bombed that’s why al-qaida arent very popular in the US.
If you lived in a Muslin country why dont you know this and why cant you spell Muslim properly?

Although I don’t agree with Obama and will not vote for him, he stated that wearing an American Flag pin has become cleche’d, and my understanding is that he does show proper respect during the Pledge. I have worn an American flag on my clothing every day for the last 40 years so I don’t agree with him on that, but he’s entitled to his opinion. I don’t find him not wearing one as offensive as some skell burning one.

That has bothered me. It may be just a little thing…a little hint hat nags at the back of one’s mind that perhaps should not be ignored.

Both of these "issues" were addressed quite reasonably and intelligently by Obama and his supporters.
First, it is not expected that people place their hands over their hearts during the national anthem only the pledge of allegiance. Real patriotic Americans know this, obviously you dont.
As for him not wearing the flag pin, Obama is secure in his patriotism and doesnt feel the need to prove it to anyone. It would be very easy for someone who was trying to fool the people of this country to wear the flag pin and not mean it. He chooses to show his patriotism with deeds.
Finally, "muslin" is a fabric. If you lived in an Islamic country, you would know how to spell the word correctly.
