Cash Gifting Scams-Cash Gifting Scams RED FLAGS

Cash Gifting Scams-Cash Gifting Scams RED FLAGS

Cash King Frank Poretta, Leading The Wise To Wealth

You hear a lot about cash gifting scams but the actuality is there are amateurish cash gifting mentors that are attempting to pass themselves off as cash gifting experts that make cash gifting appear more like a total scam unfortunatley. Regrettably, they’ve bought into an automated system and in someway they feel they’re an authority because they think they have all they need in this automated back office system but in reality it has little to do with true cash gifting marketing for targeted leads. The fact remains that back office tutorials and training will never replace being trained by a talented internet marketing savvy cash gifting mentor. These people create the cash gifting scams mystique because people get let down when the support just isn’t there because the inviter just points them back to the flawed automated system and say’s it’s all their and neglects supporting you properly. You can surely avoid cash gifting scams by asking the right questions and staying away from these automated systems. I’m not saying I don’t use some really high end software for me and my members to use that makes things a lot easier but the tricks of the trade just aren’t in the software, believe me it’s not. Therefore this really is a great way to approach choosing a cash gifting program by making sure they make the personal 1 on 1 training first and the automation last.
The majority of these cash gifting programs themselves are not attempting to scam anyone nevertheless if the cash gifting program neglects to take 1 on 1 coaching seriously then you will end up feeling prey to a cash gifting scams and or scammed in the end caused by insufficient support. It’s not a cash gifting scams however it indeed feels like you have been scammed. I do know this for a fact because I’ve joined several cash gifting programs years back in which the cash gifting mentor did not provide much support other than give me what I like to call busy work. Cash gifting scams can be explained as single individuals putting up a site and taking people’s money and merely providing them with a website and no support because they themselves have never been trained so they take advantage of people that need a great deal of help and have not done much investigation bu means of the cash gifting program itself.
Cash gifting scams like these are very easy t spot because the inviter cannot prove to you that the programs has been around for awhile and some very basic internet marketing question will stump them. Also, they’re generally fast talkers and brag about how well there’re doing which is a major red flag. Bear in mind, you should never feel like someone is trying to sell you because that is not how cash gifting is supposed to work and this is really a tell tale sign of cash gifting scams. Cash Gifting scams are either really cheap to gift into or very expensive and there is a difference between. The really cheap ones have no support and the automated system is extremely outdated and you will learn no tricks or quality marketing tactics. Now, the really expensive are also cash gifting scams for the reason that they give the sense that more is better and that you can receive larger sums of cash making seem very appealing. But, these programs take a lot of selling to persuade somebody to fork up 6k or more and cash gifting should not need to be sold. These kinds of cash gifting scams give cash gifting a very bad reputation but cash gifting does work and with some elbow grease and the right cash gifting program and mentor you can avoid cash gifting scams completely and develop into a success.

The are more unskilled cash gifting mentors than there are cash gifting scams as a whole. People fall prey to this all in one fancy website abck office system and forget that the real nitty gritty and tricks of the trade come from a skilled interent marketing savvy cash gifting mentor and they are out there because you just found one..

Prime Minister flags off Mobile Number Portability

Prime Minister flags off Mobile Number Portability

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has flagged off the nationwide rollout of mobile number portability which means that now mobile users can switch operators without losing their phone numbers and compel service providers to improve the quality of their services.

MNP services were first launched in Haryana in November last year. Nevertheless, companies like Idea Cellular and Vodafone started marketing their services to subscribers in other parts of the country that are looking at switching operators even before MNP services were rolled out.

“I think its a great step forward for the consumer, as it enhances choice and brings in more competition, because the more efficient you are as a service provider, the more likely that consumers will choose you,” said Kapil Sibal, Telecom Minister.

Idea Cellular, which started the “No idea? Get Idea” campaign to win the subscribers of rival telcos, has also set up a toll-free line to assist customers looking to switch operators.

On tariffs, Sistema Shyam TeleServices (SSTL) President & Chief Executive Officer, Vsevolod Rozanov, which offers services under the brand MTS, said, “I think tariffs will go down further especially if we speak about the post-paid customer base that is where we are likely to see the ARPU going down.”

International Adoption: 5 Red Flags

International Adoption: 5 Red Flags

Each year thousands of couples look into an international adoption.  However, in the last couple of years major examples of international adoption fraud and corruption are surfacing.  How do you keep from being caught up in a scam of some kind?  Here are five red flags to look for when considering an international adoption.

1.  Working with an international adoption is unpredictable.  Unfortunately in many cases adopting from a foreign country is less secure and more unpredictable than to adopt in the US utilizing an adoption agency or state foster care program.  Some countries have excellent children’s records and adoption monitoring.  Most do not have good government controlled programs.  The ability to adopt also often hinges on the Country’s political climate and/or political relationship with the US.  A few years ago China got upset with the US about something and put all their adoptions by US citizens on hold, dragging out the process for years.  It is not uncommon to begin your adoption process only to find the country from which you are adopting your child has cut off all adoptions to the US and you’ve not only lost your time and money spent, but are heart broken.

2.  Are fraud and corruption real?  In 2010, a Canadian adoption agency scandal was uncovered which affected hundreds of families.  This scandal revealed that the agency, working with others in the country, were adopting children who were not orphans, but taking children who didn’t want to be adopted from their homes and families.  Money can be a great influence in the adoption process, not only from parents selling babies, but from government officials, adoption personnel and others.  It is important to know the country, its adoption rules and regulations and get your concerns answered by your international adoption agency before you begin any adoption process.  A recent report showed that US couples trying to adopt foreign children has dropped by 50% because of the scandals.

3.  State Department alerts.  The US State Department posts an alert web site to help adopting parents understand what is going on in certain countries.  They provide an alert system about specific countries to avoid or watch out for, and provide a list of Hague Accredited countries.  Hague Accredited countries are required to follow strict guidelines and those who don’t adhere are listed on the government’s web page.  Countries such as Guatemala, Vietnam, and others that have once been popular adoption havens are now on the “beware” list because of corruption.  Ethiopia has received cautionary notices this past year.  Those adopting from Ethiopia might encounter orphanage fraud or delays in processing.

4.  Check out your international adoption agency.  Only use Hague-accredited international adoption agencies whether profit or non-profit, say State Department officials.  Hague accredited agencies follow strict guidelines, use only approved orphanages, and safeguard the children.  If you use an International Christian adoption agency, make sure it is Hague accredited.  International Christian adoption agencies generally have long and positive ties to the Country.  They not only provide well trained and well cared for staffing of orphanages, but are there to help the people as a whole.  Many of the adults are given training and jobs to help them better themselves and to be able to care for their own families.  Agencies that have cut corners or been careless are listed on a complaint section.

5.  Health information questions.  Recent studies have found that some non-Hague accredited agencies falsify health and age records.  While correct health record-keeping is a challenge in any international adoption, false records can make a positive experience into a nightmare.  Many Ethiopian children and infants have a good chance of being HIV positive.  Your Hague accredited agency will do testing to ensure the accuracy of certain health conditions.  While more and more US citizens are willing to adopt HIV positive children, finding your child is HIV positive when you take them for their first checkup after the adoption is finalized can be shattering.  Working with the correct agency can, while not completely ruling out health issues, minimize the surprises.

Hopefully you will take a second and third look to ensure your international adoption agency is Hague accredited and is working in the best interests of you, their client, and the international adoption children.

Red Financial Flags You Should Pay Attention To

Red Financial Flags You Should Pay Attention To

It is one thing to find yourself in a precarious financial situation.  It is quite another to go bobsledding into the aforementioned situation.  Far too many Americans, this author included, find themselves in dire straits not because of circumstances beyond their control, but rather circumstances that loudly announced their approach but were soundly ignored.

You would think that financial responsibility would be a common sense matter, namely spend less than you earn, and always make sure to have a few dollars saved up for unforeseen circumstances.   But nooooo, all too often, we cave into impulse buying, paying little attention to our credit balance, and before we know it, we are staring down a mountain of debt that would make even Sir Edmund Hillary shake in his boots.

Financial planners are famous for advising that we keep six to eight months’ worth of expenses in our savings.  I don’t know of ANYONE who keeps that kind of cash in reserve.  So we have to opt for Plan B, which is to head off potential problems before they can strike.

Good feelings don’t cut it.  How many times have you had a good feeling about a financial decision only to have it come back and bite you?  I certainly did, in the form of a timeshare bought nearly 20 years ago that I am still paying annual maintenance fees on to this day.  Take the time and do your homework and research before jumping in the pool with both feet.

Don’t trust advice….most people giving you advice are selling something.  I’m in the process of buying a house and my agent tends to go along with what I say.  I find myself talking ME down from a given property or payment.  He has his best interests at heart and that is understandable.  Don’t fall for quick lines or sugary promises without figuring out whether or not it works for YOU.

Buy now…pay later.  With “no money down and no payments for a year” options out there, people are prone to jump on expensive items, assuming they will be in a position to pay for them in a year when the creditors come calling.  If the recent economy has proven anything, it is that nothing is forever.  Your job could be gone tomorrow and you could still be looking for one when the note on that 60″ LCD TV comes due.  Don’t jump on bargains like this unless you are absolutely sure you can pay off the item before the interest rates kick in.

Be prepared for the worst.  Living paycheck to paycheck is the worst thing you can do, because it leaves no cushion for the unexpected.  Always put a little aside each payday for emergencies.  If you have to pull some of it out, replace it as soon as possible.  Creating this cushion may mean going without for a while, but when the bottom drops out, you’ll be glad you did.

When the worst does come, be ready to give up certain luxuries.  Cell phones, nice cars, etc, are very nice, but when times get tough, cell phones are available at Wal-Mart and a 00 sled will drive just as well as a Bentley when it comes to getting you where you want to go.

Learn the concept of being content.  As the song says, it’s not about getting what you want; it’s about wanting what you’ve got.  When you have mastered the art of being content, things such as impulse buys or reckless financial decisions will have no hold over you.

I remember seeing a woman on TV following the 2008 Presidential election, elatedly screaming that she would no longer have to worry about paying her mortgage or putting gas in her car.  I find myself wondering where that woman is today and if she harbors the same zest and zeal.  Putting faith in government programs to improve your financial situation is much like wishing the best of luck to the navigator of the TITANIC.  This country has survived bad government and bad Presidents through the will and ingenuity of the American people.  Take charge of your financial future.

So listen to your gut, and learn to recognize the warning signs and red flags of financial ruin while there is still time to change course.  You’ll be surprised at just how much you are capable of doing well.

Network Marketing Success–red Flags to Watch for When Choosing a Sponsor

Network Marketing Success–red Flags to Watch for When Choosing a Sponsor

When you start a Network Marketing business, your sponsor should be the person to teach you the ropes and teach you how to be successful.  Unfortunately, many people quit Network Marketing altogether because they don’t get the proper training.  Choosing a sponsor who shares your philosophy and values to help you on your journey to Network Marketing success is critical.  Here are some red flags that you should watch out for when choosing your sponsor.

Doesn’t ask you questions.  A good sponsor will ask questions to potential team members.  He or she will want to know a little about your background, why you’re interested in Network Marketing, and what you can bring to the team.  If your potential sponsor doesn’t ask you questions, that should be a red flag.  No questions means they’re willing to sponsor anybody with a heartbeat.  They’re more interested in signing you up than finding out if you will be a good fit for their team.  You will want to be selective about who you sponsor, and you want your sponsor to be selective as well.

Doesn’t connect with you.  You will be working closely with your sponsor, so it’s important to choose someone you connect with.  You don’t have to be the same age, gender, political affiliation, etc. with your sponsor.  But you do want to feel comfortable talking with them, asking questions, bouncing ideas off them, etc.  You need to feel a connection with them.

Tells you he or she will build your downline for you.  While a good Network Marketing plan encourages teamwork, a good sponsor would never tell someone that they don’t have to work.  Instead, a good sponsor will show you how to work and achieve the best results.  Someone who tells you they will build your downline for you is desperate and not someone you want as your sponsor.

Doesn’t know how to market the way you want to.  If you want to market online, you need to make sure you choose a sponsor who has had success marketing online.  If you would rather focus on calling leads, choose a sponsor who has been successful calling leads.  You will quickly become frustrated if you choose a sponsor who doesn’t know how to market the way you want to.  You will save yourself time and effort by choosing a sponsor who has experience doing what you want to do.

How to Catch Cheating Spouse – 3 Behavior Red Flags

How to Catch Cheating Spouse – 3 Behavior Red Flags

A cheating spouse is not something most of want to think about or even admit to. How to catch cheating spouse behavior is something we all need to be aware of. Worried that you aren’t seeing the red flags? Learn these sure signs that anyone can recognize and foil the affair right in it’s tracks.

Here are 3 behavior red flags to look out for:

1. Your Lover Wants to go Places Alone – While it might not seem like a big deal, make sure you monitor this behavior (especially if it’s out of character.) Trust is one thing however you will generally sense something uncharacteristic. The key here is not to act suspicious. Give your spouse plenty of room to slip up or become careless. This includes your partner staying out late for unexpected meetings or working late too often.

2. Waning Sexual Appetite – He or she no longer shows any true affection. Their sex drive decreases. While this can be a sign of advancing in age, you will usually have a gut feeling that something is wrong. Direct questioning will not usually offer any answers. If they are lying about someone else, they will lie when confronted about a new relationship.

3. Strange Calling Patterns – Cell phone calls in the middle of the night. Your home is suddenly inundated with strange phone calls coupled with whispered conversations, or your partner suddenly panics and hangs up the phone when you enter the room. All tell tale signs that something is up. Again, it’s important to remember to take notice but don’t confront until you have all your ducks in a row.

It’s interesting to note that all of these behaviors seem like pretty common sense things, and they are.

The point is that you have to pay attention. Don’t be oblivious. What you don’t know can hurt you and your family. Take the necessary steps in recognizing how to catch cheating spouse behavior right now.

Secret Double Life – Red Flags That Expose Your Cheating Spouse

Secret Double Life – Red Flags That Expose Your Cheating Spouse

Do you fear your spouse is cheating on you, leading a double life? If you suspect something, but cannot be certain, there are signs to watch for that will give away their secret. These plainly obvious red flags will help you put an end to your spouses infidelity.

At the onset of any new relationship, there is a desire to give the other person what they want. Each will mold themselves to suit the other; if it means to make them happy and closer. Examples you might be witness to include changes to clothing styles, new perfume or cologne, even a heightened exercise regime. Your spouse’s little secret lover might like your spouse to wear certain things, or smell a certain way. These would be considered drastic changes. If your spouse has been wearing the same styles and using the same perfume or cologne for a long time, a sudden change could mean something is up.

When in a new relationship, each person will be nearly overwhelmed with thoughts of the other. You might notice that your spouse spends considerably more time daydreaming. They will be less focused on you and the household as they spend time in thought and that next encounter with the new flame. There will be less desire to participate in things with you and friends, as this would distract them from where they want to be. If a normally alert spouse seems lost in “la-la” land, it might be due to an affair.

Sex and intimacy with your spouse will probably suffer when they are leading a double life. If they are active in a sexual manner with their new flame, they are less likely going to come to you for it. They probably will make excuse after excuse to avoid any intimate time with you – we have all heard the regular lines: “I’m tired”, “Not tonight, I have a headache”. And in a twisted way, if they are intimate with you, and their “dedication” is with their new flame, it would feel like they were cheating. While there can be many reasons for lack of sexual drive, you should consider this a red flag.

These are a few basic signs to watch out for. If you feel something is just not right, do not wait until it is far past too late – take action now to stop the infidelity. Choosing a Forex Signal Provider – Red Flags

Choosing a Forex Signal Provider – Red Flags

There are some red flags that should be easy to spot that will help you to protect your forex account when you are trading third party signals. Many of the traders available as third party signal providers look good for a few weeks, or even months, but are really just ticking time bombs. You don’t want to be around when the timer stops.

This article is intended to highlight a few things to look for and avoid when sorting through all of the third party signal providers out there. It is in no way intended to cover every problem that traders may or may not have. Now, what to look for:

Trading Without Stops

Any trader who trades without stops should be avoided. Even if the trader is good, there are facts that cannot be control. There is always the chance of a power outage or internet connection failure that will leave your trade unmonitored and unprotected. News can move the market fast and far and there isn’t always time to get out of the way if it is unexpected or not in your favor. Trading without stop is the first thing that any trader learns not to do. Avoid this trader at all costs.

Disproportionate Win/Loss Sizes

Some traders get excited and pull profits off of the table far too early. Generally this is a much better idea when your trade is a loser. You want to cut your losses short and let your winners run. This should cause your winners to be bigger than your losers. Any trader who regularly takes 10 pips of profits and has 200 pip losers on his books is no one that you want trading your account.

New Accounts

These are not actually red flag traders but you should still avoid them. Any trader with only a few weeks worth of records should not be traded on a live account. You can absolutely run them on a demo for a month and take a look at the results, but if the trader is worth trading, they will still be there in 6 months. And by then you’ll have a much better idea of who you’re dealing with. Another thing to look for is whether a trader has made the same trade over and over that is the bulk of his trades. That is to say if the trader has 100 winning trades and they are all long the GBP/JPY, this trader hasn’t shown you anything yet. They simply found a trend and continue to jump on and off of it.

Huge Gains After A Draw Down

Traders who have abnormally big winners at the end of a sizable draw down have usually given up and are taking one last shot. Their account recovers and to the untrained eye it looks like a solid winning trader. For every 10 traders that try this maybe 2 will survive and bounce back. This means that those 2 are floating around waiting for you. When they have their next draw down they will likely try the same “hail mary” play and the results may not be so favorable. Don’t let someone trade your money on a wing and a prayer.

There are obviously many more tell tale signs that a trader should be avoided and this article is only intended to get you started.

Forex Signals – Red Flags You Should Look Out For

Forex Signals – Red Flags You Should Look Out For

Do not be a victim of Forex scams, which can be described as schemes and trading positions that individuals use, advertised and leveraged to trick traders into believing that they can gain a monster profit over night by buying into their brokerage or their online systems. Michael Dunn of the US Commodities Futures Trading Commission has said that the currency market is rife with many nefarious individuals who would seek to take advantage of the vulnerabilities of new and budding investors to turn a quick profit.

There have been thousands of fraud cases and even more have cropped up online, ever since the internet was paired with Forex, and many online brokerages popped out. The average Forex trader who has been netted in by these scams have been known to lose more than , 000 dollars. One of the red flags you should look out for are websites who promise an insane amount of money in profits, guaranteeing overnight profits with an initial investment of a few thousand dollars. Typically, these ‘investments’ you need to give out would typically be in the , 000 to , 000 range. The money that you invest will seem to be deposited into a brokerage account, but in actuality, is diverted into many several small accounts across the world where a withdrawal will be immediately made some few thousand miles away.

Although there is a special taskforce that has been setup to rid the internet of these Forex scams, there are still hundreds of them online, and the ease of the internet has allowed them to plant themselves on several different hosting sites and maintain their liveability online. Another one you should look out is the sale of Forex software. There are literally thousands of Forex based software and programmes available online, and only a small percentage of them are considered to be developed by legitimate sources. The rest are just rehashed Forex software or low quality programmes that have no use whatsoever. They often make sweeping statements in regards to the quality of these programmes and offer outrageous claims and money back guarantees. In reality, these software programmes or even e-books, are just simply scams for networks of people to make money.

Charging up to and over USD per transaction, they are able to collect thousands of dollars within a month, disappear and then set up a different website under a different name. Their web sites are pretty polished and they often look quite credible. Always read what they have to offer and investigate their website a little bit deeper. It is actually quite easy for you to spot out a red flag in these Forex signals and when you do, report it to the local hosting service and of course the authorities. Forex scams are rampant all over the internet and you need to be aware of these signals before you commit your money. If you do need to invest, just use a well known brokerage and get advice from them on the steps you need to take.
