6 Critical Steps To Earn Extra Income Doing Email Marketing

6 Critical Steps To Earn Extra Income Doing Email Marketing

To earn extra income doing email marketing it makes sense to include these 7 steps in your internet routine as very effecient ways to reach potential customers.

Email has definitely become a top means of communication in our personal and work lives. If you don’t believe it watch people emailing each other from just one cubicle away!

Mentioned below are just a handful of ways to improve upon the email marketing process to make it more effective.

One big reason many unsolicited email ads never see the light of day is because they are considered spam. Emails are ranked by spam filters to determine whether they’re spam or not.

You may not have received a legitimate email from someone you know because it didn’t pass the spam filters. If words such as Discount,FREE, or SAVE are placed in the subject line or email text it may not get through.

Make sure those looking at the email can find your links to the promotions. The simpler you make your links the easier they are to find. It’s best to keep them underlined and in bold and blue. It’s also a good idea to place it more than once within the email content.

There are auto responders available that will enable you to personalize your emails. It’s a known fact that people respond better if their name is used. Kind of like a pet when their ears perk up upon hearing their name spoken. It works that same way with people in print.

You build relationships with your readers much quicker this way and research has shown that you can increase the click thru rate by 500% in using this technique.

Since you absolutely don’t want to get accused of spamming you need to use a double opt in confirmation process. What this does is enable the visitor to in effect subscribe twice to your list.

Once they are all signed up send them a follow up email. The link in this email will take them back to your webpage where they will then verify they have opted in to receive emails from you. This should eliminate any chance of you being flagged for spamming.

You must also offer a way for people to unsubscribe in addition to the double opt in subscription. This is good business and will actually make people feel better about you. Yes you may lose some this way but it’s necessary. In fact in some countries it’s a law that this must be offered.

Have you ever thought about when the best days are to send out advertising emails? Monday? Too much going on after the weekend. Friday? Too much planning going on for the weekend!

It’s actually been determined that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best days for people to read what you’ve sent and click on your links. Plan your advertising campaign with your auto responder around these days for sure.

Why Managed Email Marketing

Why Managed Email Marketing

Thousands of companies already leveraged the power of email marketing to promote their business to a wide range of customers. For those businesses that haven’t yet introduced email marketing into their advertising efforts—and even for some of those who have—the strategy does reveal some challenges. Companies struggling to get the most out of their email marketing efforts should consider using a managed email marketing service. Let’s take a look at the challenges of email marketing and how an outside firm can tackle those issues.

Design and Editorial

Problem: Email marketing is a very effective way to stay in contact with your current and prospective customers, but you need to have effective design and editorial to gain the best response to your emails. While large corporations have the funding to hire a design and editorial team to work in-house, many small and medium sized businesses simply don’t have the resources necessary to manage their email campaigns. Web-based email marketing programs typically allow you to design emails with a template, but the designs are limited and you still need to put in the time and effort to create the images and text to drop into the template. Simply put, without a team of designers and writers on staff your email campaigns could suffer.

Solution: Managed Email Marketing firms handle all of the design and editorial for other companies. These firms have teams of experienced designers and writers to quickly produce compelling email design and informative newsletters. Every design is customized to provide companies with a unique look to match their brand. More importantly, Managed Email Marketing companies have a wealth of experience in email advertising and know the best design practices to produce results. Deciding where to place images, how to align text, and even what fonts will display in a browser can make all the difference in an email campaign. If the medium is the message, then having the best understanding of how emails work will deliver the best results.

HTML Coding

Problem: In order for an email to deliver an effective message it must render properly in a variety of browsers. The best design in the world is meaningless if no one can view it! When working with a web-based email deployment system you can enter your information into templates, but the designs can become stale and unoriginal. Plus, you might not find a template with the look and feel you’re looking for in a blast. When it comes to incorporating more advanced features

like linking multiple buttons and using information forms, a simple template just won’t cut it. Even when you’re just looking to import a few pictures you need to know the correct image dimensions to have the image render properly without stretching. No matter how simple the template, without an experienced web coder your emails could still be a guessing game.

Solution: Managed Email Marketing firms have web coders on staff to create perfect email campaigns that will render in any browser. These firms check every email deployment with inbox snapshots to test the campaign before it goes out. Each email is checked to verify the HTML, minimize content blocked by spam filters, and ensure proper deliverability rates. Best of all, with professional designers on staff Managed Email Marketing firms create completely custom email blasts and newsletters with intricate features to provide a unique email catered to any industry, any business, and any customer. Managed Email Marketing assures that every email has a great design and will show up in the customer’s inbox with that same design.

Deliverability, Opens, and Click-Throughs

Problem: Email marketing is an ever-changing game. You need to know what messages and content to use to attract your customers to your website. Knowing what images and text drives your customers to click through to your website is vital when creating your next campaign. Before your customers click through, they need to actually open your email. You need to write a compelling Subject Line to entice recipients to view the email and provide a familiar From Address so they’ll feel comfortable opening it. But even before that, you’ll need to make sure your emails don’t include content flagged by spam filters in both the subject line and body. If you don’t take the right precautions, you’re emails could never even reach their intended recipients! Staying up on the latest trends in email marketing and analyzing your results is a must.

Solution: Managed Email Marketing companies have the knowledge and experience in email marketing to create emails with compelling messages to drive customers to action. By working with a large number of clients in a wide variety of industries, these firms know best practices to help emails achieve better performance. Managed Email Marketing firms constantly research the latest trends in email marketing to stay current on SPAM regulations and what messages work or don’t work. A Managed Email Marketing company will analyze the results of every email to measure deliverability, open, and click-thru rates. The firm applies analysis of where customers clicked and the open rate of first

and second deployments to test content and subject lines. With A/B testing and re-mailing, Managed Email Marketing firms fine-tune their clients’ campaigns for optimal success for future deployments.

Website Integration

Problem: Email Marketing develops customer loyalty and drives traffic to your website. To take full advantage of the latter, your emails should direct visitors to the appropriate place on your website. While driving customers your homepage gets them on your site, it may not always be the right location for your customers. You need to provide information directly related to your customers’ interests and your promotions. Using multiple landing pages and one-way pages can improve your conversion rates on your website. Getting customers to your website is one step in the process. Getting them to make a purchase or sign up for a service is the final goal.

Solution: Managed Email Marketing companies direct emails to specific landing points on websites. These firms can link emails to existing webpages or create completely new landing pages with imagery and text directly related to the email campaign. By streamlining navigation from emails to websites, Managed Email Marketing companies help their clients’ close leads and retain customer loyalty.

Consistent Deployment

Problem: Email marketing works by creating ongoing communication with your customers. You need to send out consistent deployments to stay in the face of your customers and keep your company in their minds. They might not make a purchase on the first email, but with regular emails you’ll keep their attention for a future purchase. In addition to maintaining your customers’ interest, consistent deployment allows you to measure the results and test different scenarios. Sending emails on different days, at different times, and with different promotions will find the best solution to market your company. The day-to-day tasks of running a business can be difficult to keep up with on their own, and your email marketing campaigns can suffer as a result.

Solution: With a Managed Email Marketing firm, companies are assured regular deployment on a set schedule. Managed Email Marketing companies determine a deployment calendar based on a company’s industry, specific business, and customer base. These firms work to keep companies on a set schedule to achieve the best results out of their campaigns.

At the end of the day, email marketing is about much more than simply sending messages to your customers. Knowing the best practices, creating compelling designs, and properly directing website traffic is crucial to the success of your email campaigns. Consider what resources you have in-house to create an effective email marketing campaign and decide if using a Managed Email Marketing company could better suit your needs.

Spending Money on an Affiliate Marketing Seminar Will be the Best Money You’ll Ever Spend

Spending Money on an Affiliate Marketing Seminar Will be the Best Money You’ll Ever Spend

You know when I started in this affiliate business three years ago I knew diddly-squat about making money online.  It all started when I was made redundant from my secretarial job in London.  I came out of it with a bit of redundancy money and thought what the heck I’ll just chill out for a bit, relax, take a deserved break and then look for a job when my redundancy money was getting low.  No problem.  Things will be fine.  Jobs are in abundance in London.

WRONG.  I was so so wrong.  I struggled trying to get re-employed.  Every job had a hundred or so applicants so the competition was tough.  So there I was jobless and pretty nearly broke.

It was while browsing through the “situations vacant” in newspapers trying to find that elusive job that I came across various advertisements for business opportunities.  You know the kind of thing: “Make ,000 A Week From Your Kitchen Table” or “How I Made ,000 Before Breakfast”.  Jeez, I have to tell you I was excited and sent away and paid for various “opportunities” with the last remnants of my money.  Well desperate people do desperate things huh?

Anyway most were scams or totally unworkable but still I sent away for them.  It became a drug and I became obsessed with trying to find the perfect business.  I was such a good customer for these things that I was on everyone’s mailing list and literally tons of business opportunities would be on the front door mat in the morning.  The postman must have had one van designated to him just to deliver my mail.

My first attempt at one of these opportunities was to stick up a review web site for a product on ClickBank.  I remember it took me ages to get the hang of setting up a website and even longer to upload it with a review of the product I was promoting.  Then I just sat back and waited for the money to start rolling in.  It didn’t.  What I didn’t know then was that I had to do a bit of research on the product before trying to sell it.  My first real mistake was selling something that people didn’t want.  Doh!

They were frustrating times for me and after a couple of years and sill trying to make it online I received a mailing from a quite well known entrepreneur with a very long sales piece inviting me to an affiliate marketing seminar in La Manga in Spain.  The price tag was just under ,000 which included flight, accommodation and the seminar.

Now let me tell you right now I didn’t have ,000.  No where near it.  But I did have a couple of plastic cards.  Next thing I know I am on the plane to La Manga excited, full of hope and looking forward to listening to and watching the experts show me how they became millionaires.

This was my last shot at the big time as money was now so tight that if this affiliate marketing seminar didn’t show me once and for all how to make money online I was finished.  I would just have to go and do any job just to make ends meet.  I would just have to tell everybody that they were right and that I had wasted my money and time.

But the seminar was an inspiration.  I came back buzzing with ideas and couldn’t wait to get started.  They told me that this was the best business in the world and boy let me tell you that it is.  It is the cheapest business to start that can make you very high profits in weeks if not days.  I so wish this affiliate marketing seminar was around when I first started out.  I would have saved myself a small fortune.

I was taught how to get a domain name, set up a website and market affiliate goods in any niche that I wanted.  Then came long tail keyword research and article writing and also lots of help on writing product reviews.  A lot of ground was covered in just two days and my head was buzzing with information and ideas.  In fact I came home with a blue print of step by step actions to get me up online and doing business in a very short time.

It’s great being an affiliate marketer.  There is no product to create as the merchant you are an affiliate to creates the products.  You also don’t have to deliver or produce the products, so all you have to do is select what you are going to sell, set up a website, get the affiliate links from your merchant and get started.

You can start with very little money.  Obviously you need a computer with Internet access but most people these days have a computer in their home.  But this is the cheapest business you can start on the Internet.  There are many free tools available to help you until you start making some real money.

By attending an affiliate marketing seminar you will gain knowledge on how to set up your business and succeed and it is up to you to put this knowledge into action.  You will not make money overnight so you have to be patient.  Remember that the merchants do all the hard work all you have to do is focus on promoting their products through their affiliate link.

Alternatively, if you fancy being a merchant, having an affiliate program on your website could shoot your profits through the roof.  Having an army of affiliates selling for you will drive tons of traffic to your website.  More traffic means more money.

Affiliates are doing all your hard work by marketing your site.  If you have trained them well and they do a good job then you don’t need to spend any more money on advertising.  All you need to do is make sure that your products live up to buyer’s expectations and keep your affiliates pumped up and motivated to sell your product.

I recommend to everyone out there that wants to make it online to attend an affiliate marketing seminar.  Trying to go it alone with just you and your computer is an isolating experience so attending these seminars should be your number one priority.

Not only that but you will also meet and network with like minded people who’s goals match yours.  And it’s fun.  I’m still in touch with people that I met in La Manga and we help each other out continuously.  It’s a great feeling and somewhat reassuring to know that you have a network of friends out there in the same business as you swapping affiliate marketing ideas.

I also recommend that you read everything you can on affiliate marketing.  The Internet is full of ebooks, courses and seminars on this subject.  But my biggest recommendation to you is to JUST START.  I remember that it took me ages to pluck up the courage to just start something.  I had all the books, manuals, courses and blueprints.  I would read them, put them down, and never do anything with them.  Please don’t waste time like I did.  JUST DO IT.  You’ll be glad you did.

Internet Marketing Email Promotion, The Income Side of List Building

Internet Marketing Email Promotion, The Income Side of List Building

To make sure you get the results you are looking for from your Internet marketing email promotion and that your subscribers do the same, you need a goal for each list you have created.

Take some time to think through what your goals are for your email marketing list. To help out ask yourself these questions:

1. What information would you want as a subscriber to your list?

2. What information will you deliver to your subscribers?

3. What do you want subscribers to do after reading your email?

4. What do you want subscribers to learn about you through your email series?

It will help you build a better relationship with your subscribers if you have a detailed description of what you are trying to accomplish with your Internet Marketing email list. In this way you can better determine the content and offers, over time, that will help you accomplish your desired goals.

Your Auto responder System is Your Automatic Money Machine.

If you’re just getting started with or new to the idea of a Internet Marketing email promotion, you might not realize that it is not something that you can manage on your own. The email broadcast you will be doing will have to be in sequential order.

This means that as a person optins to your list they start with the first Internet Marketing email promotion welcome message on day 0 (the day they subscribed). They will then get the first email marketing message on day 1 after they subscribed, then day 4, and so on.

Even though your Outlook email program or your Yahoo email account allows you to develop mailing lists that you can communicate with the click of a button, this is not a good option. Trying to send out a sequence of Internet Marketing email promotions over a long period of time using outlook would be so time consuming that it would be practically impossible.

Imagine for a second that you have wrote 10 promotional emails that you plan to send out three days apart. You get your first optin at 3 am and send out their day 0 email. Throughout the day you get 19 more and send them the day 0 email.

Now on day 2 the same thing happens and you have to send out your day 1 and day 0 email also. On day three you send out day 1 for day 2 subscribers and day 0 for new optins. On day four it happens again. Great you are building a list. Today you have to send out message 2 to your first day 0 group and day 1 to your second and day 0 to new optins.

On day five and six you repeat the same thing as day four with the second message.

On day 7 you have to send out email 3 to the first day 0 group, then email 2 to the fourth day group, email 1 to the second day group and continue to send day 0 email to all your new subscribers. You also have to keep all your subscribers a day apart for the email sequence to work as you set it up.

If you think this is starting to sound confusing try writing it without notes to keep up with who, what, and specially when.

Can you see how hard this would be to keep up with?

Not only the confusion this would cause for you but another reason is that email servers have filters that detect when a user is sending email out to a large number of people and that alone can get your email address flagged as a spam source. Unfair but true.

You can familiarize yourself with US Spam laws here: http://www.ftc.gov/spam/

When you read up on the rules, you realize that you are safer when you utilize a marketing system that allows subscribers to opt in and out easily and tracks how and where they subscribed.

Another big reason to choose an auto responder over running a list on your own is that you can easily schedule mailings with an auto responder. You can also set up sequential email messages for e Courses.

It’s “set it and forget it” easy! It is also very cheap as compared to the time and headache it will save you.

That beats the hell out of doing your email marketing by hand, any time and any day.

Do You Contain Articles Marketing Necessary Skills ? If Refusal Utilize Automation Tools

Do You Contain Articles Marketing Necessary Skills ? If Refusal Utilize Automation Tools

Writing articles as I am sure many of you know is a very popular way of increasing the amount of backward links that you have pointing to your site. In theory, the more of these backward links we are able to obtain, the more traffic our site should receive. There are however some very important things to take into consideration when writing and submitting your articles as you do not want to be wasting your time and you do not want your site to get dropped by the major search engines or put in some sort of sandbox.

Submit 165 Articles in Just 4 Minutes, Completely Auto Pilot Income Secrets http://www.TopArticleSubmission.com/

The first thing to remember is that Rome was not built in a day. What I mean is if you have a new website, about for example hair loss, you may want to reach the top ten in Google for your keywords within say six months. You hear that one way to do this is by building up good number of backward links to this hair site. You think that the more the merrier and start pounding out one article after the other and are very proud of yourself after the first month because you were able to write fifty articles all pointing to your new hair website.

I believe this approach to be totally wrong. The hair loss websites which are in the top ten of Google have probably been around for quite a number of years and will without doubt have a number of quality backward links. If your site sticks around for a long time and you continue to build up its backward links it will go higher and higher in the search engines over time.

Top Article Submission Viral Earned Me 2.3 Million in 3 Months http://www.adwordsexposed.com

The one thing you do not want to do is to raise any red flags with the search engines. A new site which has eight hundred backward links after one month could raise this red flag. The search engines will now probably not trust this site and could easily put it in some sort of sandbox until it decides whether it is kosha or not.

In my opinion it is important to build up the number of backward links to a new website fairly slowly. When writing articles, I would personally only write one article with a link to a new website per week. Of course if you have ten websites, you are able to write ten articles if you only decide to have one link on each article etc.

Targeted Advertising and Business Marketing

Will Your Business Succeed? Marketing Alternatives to Think about!
Sign production . . . what kind of a signal do you need?

Signage programs are visually driven information and fact techniques made up of indicators, routes, symbols, shade coding techniques, pictures, logos, and other different components. Signage techniques are distinct from choice solutions to data display, as they are typically used to direct people’s passage via the bricks-and-mortar planet we inhabit. The act of subsequent a signage system is known as wayfinding, signposting, or waysigning. Good examples would be the street signs alongside the interstate, or the signage method that helps you find your way in a large mall or airport. Any collection of related signs are widely known as a signage method.

Inside a globe of multilingual and multicultural travel, indicators become increasingly more dependent on pictures rather than words. This is also the situation in societies in which there’s a low literacy rate.

Signage systems are used in both interior as well as outdoor marketing. Just for outdoor advertising, there are more than 100 different advertising formats. The entire outdoor marketing in 2008 regarding the usa alone was almost billion in total annual revenues. We are talking about a really, extremely large business. How can I quite possibly discuss all formats? I cannot.

Billboards . . .

A billboard is really a huge outside promoting framework typically situated in very good visitors locations. They are designed to existing your marketing to drivers much more so than the general public. The information is huge and many times witty or humorous. Banners . . .

A banner sign can be a flag or fabric bearing a symbol, company logo, slogan, or message. They’re generally fabricated for commercial use on a vinyl or plastic material. In recent times they have grown in size due to the increased availability and technologies of ultra-wide format printing. A banner is usually viewed as being a short-term signal.

Digital LED, LCD, or Plasma Signs . . .

A digital signal comes in many formats. They are usually an info signal that can be updated on a regular basis. They’re generally stand on your own programs that are controlled and updated with pc computer software. Network programs are obtainable. This kind of signal is not a part of the sign manufacturing procedure unless of course it’s a part of the larger program.

LED’s are sometimes engineered in to the various kinds of lighted signage.

Channel Lettering . . .

Aluminum is the most frequent materials utilized for sign production of channel letters because it will not rust. This aluminum channel may be the basis for the form with the letter. The sides in the channel letter are also usually made from aluminum creating a container the contour in the letter. The letter container is usually painted and fitted for any illumination components. LED s, or neon gasoline tubes are often the lighting source when lighted. A trim capped border is attached to a translucent plastic encounter that’s been cut to the same form because the letter. This border offers the letter encounter a nice completed look and also a means of fastening the face to the letter shaped container.

Constructed Up and Flat Lettering

Production indicators using constructed up or flat lettering are generally a less expensive option. A built up letter generally is hollow inside, much like channel lettering. It’s manufactured utilizing a fabricated technique that simulates a extremely thick letter, and it is constructed all out of the same content. This gives it a sound, non hollow appearance. If it is made from stainless steel, it’ll look like a sound stainless steel letter. Flat letters can be created in lots of various techniques, and out of many various materials. Probably the most common and cost effective technique is to waterjet reduce the letters from the preferred materials. Some materials will have to be powder coated or painted, where many other materials for example brushed stainless, aluminum, or brass, or several with the different types of plastics won’t require a secondary procedure. Simply because of the material expense to cut thick letters with a waterjet, a thin sheet of marine grade brushed metal is usually glued to a polyurethane backing, and then waterjet cut. Injection molded letters are also readily available, but typically reduce your font options.

Neon signs . . .

Sign Manufacturing of neon lights, when processed correctly, earn the “long life” award for lighted signs. They can be expected to last many many years, or even numerous decades. A fantastic neon signal maker adjusts in time from a good craftsman to a fantastic artist. Creating the glass tubing requires so significantly custom work, that they would not be cost effective if they didn’t final to get a really long time. The single greatest reason behind their long life may be the fact that they don’t use a wire filament as do fluorescent tubes.

The fuel, neon, glows vibrant red or reddish orange when lighted. To get an array of extra colors, the gas, argon, is combined having a drop of mercury. The droplet of mercury vaporizes. This mercury vapor produces an ultraviolet light that creates the various shade choices, depending on which ultraviolet delicate phosphors have been coated on the inside of the tube. Helium is sometimes put into the argon gasoline for installations in frigid locations.

The constant bent tubing won’t appear to be individual letters if it’s entirely lighted except the eye is fooled. Block out paint is utilized to paint the regions of the tube that must not glow. A person’s eye does not see the block out paint when the neon light is lit. To the untrained eye, it looks like separate tubes.

Interior and Exterior Wall Indicators . .

Signal manufacturing regarding wall signs are very “material-type” dependent. Will the sign be made of paper, plastic, wood, glass, stone, or metal? The sign production process depends upon the material kind being used. Will the signal be screen printed, etched, sandblasted, engraved, or reduce out? Will the letters of your sign be the positive picture or even the unfavorable picture? Will they be separately built-up letters? Will they be channel letters?

Automobile Wraps and Truck Lettering . . .

Wrap target marketing could be the sign manufacturing practice of totally or partly wrapping a car or truck in an advertisement, essentially creating a mobile billboard. In days gone by, the car or truck was painted, but nowadays we use vinyl lettering and/or huge vinyl sheets. Vinyl instead of paint can make it much easier and less costly to change or eliminate. Needless to say, huge, flat surfaces are less difficult to wrap than little curved surfaces. Total automobile wraps demand a whole lot of ability and experience. Partial wraps aren’t practically as challenging.

Murals . . .

Murals are similar to car wraps. The use of ultra-wide format printers have taken hand-painted wall art with the final decade and brought them in to the digital age. Hand-painted signage can be a fading art in the commercial signage arena.

Signage in 1 type or an additional is centuries outdated. Even so, modern sign production entails numerous technologies and processes unavailable a century ago.
