Yes, if you do not know there are New Requirements for Fighting with Identity Theft that Health Care Providers must know about “Red Flag Rules”.

“The Red Flags Rule”, a law the FTC will begin to enforce on August 1, 2009, requires certain businesses and organizations — including many doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other health care providers — to develop a written program to spot the warning signs — or “red flags” — of identity theft” as stated by the FTC.

Basically when a person seeks health care services using someone else’s name and insurance info, is what is called identity theft.

“Every health care organization and practice must review its billing and payment procedures to determine if it’s covered by the Red Flags Rule. Whether the law applies to you isn’t based on your status as a health care provider, but rather on whether your activities fall within the law’s definition of two key terms: “creditor” and “covered account.”

Health care providers may be subject to the Rule if they are “creditors.” Although you may not think of your practice as a “creditor” in the traditional sense of a bank or mortgage company, the law defines “creditor” to include any entity that regularly defers payments for goods or services or arranges for the extension of credit. For example, you are a creditor if you regularly bill patients after the completion of services, including for the remainder of medical fees not reimbursed by insurance. Similarly, health care providers who regularly allow patients to set up payment plans after services have been rendered are creditors under the Rule. Health care providers are also considered creditors if they help patients get credit from other sources — for example, if they distribute and process applications for credit accounts tailored to the health care industry.

On the other hand, health care providers who require payment before or at the time of service are not creditors under the Red Flags Rule. In addition, if you accept only direct payment from Medicaid or similar programs where the patient has no responsibility for the fees, you are not a creditor. Simply accepting credit cards as a form of payment at the time of service does not make you a creditor under the Rule.

The second key term — “covered account” — is defined as a consumer account that allows multiple payments or transactions or any other account with a reasonably foreseeable risk of identity theft. The accounts you open and maintain for your patients are generally “covered accounts” under the law. If your organization or practice is a “creditor” with “covered accounts,” you must develop a written Identity Theft Prevention Program to identify and address the red flags that could indicate identity theft in those accounts.” as stated by the FTC.

What to look for:

“Suspicious documents. Has a new patient given you identification documents that look altered or forged? Is the photograph or physical description on the ID inconsistent with what the patient looks like? Did the patient give you other documentation inconsistent with what he or she has told you — for example, an inconsistent date of birth or a chronic medical condition not mentioned elsewhere? Under the Red Flags Rule, you may need to ask for additional information from that patient. Suspicious personally identifying information. If a patient gives you information that doesn’t match what you’ve learned from other sources, it may be a red flag of identity theft. For example, if the patient gives you a home address, birth date, or Social Security number that doesn’t match information on file or from the insurer, fraud could be afoot. Suspicious activities. Is mail returned repeatedly as undeliverable, even though the patient still shows up for appointments? Does a patient complain about receiving a bill for a service that he or she didn’t get? Is there an inconsistency between a physical examination or medical history reported by the patient and the treatment records? These questionable activities may be red flags of identity theft. Notices from victims of identity theft, law enforcement authorities, insurers, or others suggesting possible identity theft. Have you received word about identity theft from another source? Cooperation is key. Heed warnings from others that identity theft may be ongoing.” as stated by the FTC.

Do You Need Quick Easy Money?

Pick almost any city or town in your country, drive through any middle class neighbourhood or residential area on the weekend, and you are almost sure to spot a garage sale or flea market. What is being sold at many of them? The accumulated “junk” people no longer use or want – taking up space in or around their homes.

Are they making any money? You’d better believe they are! Is it hard to put up? Well, yes and no. It really does take some of your time and also requires an awareness of a few merchandising tactics, but the effort put into running a successful garage sale is small in comparison to the profits.

Who are the buyers, and how do you get them to come? Your customers are going to be “everybody” and you get them over to your garage with a little bit of advertising and promotion.

Let’s look at the background: Everybody accumulates the kind of items that other people are searching for and willing to buy. These items range from no longer wanted or outgrown items of clothing, to furniture, tools, books, pictures and toys. Many items are objects purchased on impulse, and later found not to be what the buyer wanted. He discovered too late that he really didn’t have a need for it. Many items are also gifts to the seller, but are the wrong size or incorrect choice for the recipient.

The problem with most people is that they do not have the time to gather up all the items “just taking up space” in and around their homes and having a sale to get rid of them. Many people don’t know how to do it and other feel a garage sale is just too much bother and work. This is where you enter the picture. Your enterprise will be an ongoing garage sale of items donated and collected from people who lack the initiative to stage their own.

Step one is education: Spend a few weeks visiting all the garage sales, swap meets and flea markets in your area. Find out what is being offered for sale, what people are buying, and how the merchandise is being sold. Generally, an item is tagged with a price, but the seller is open to almost any reasonable offer from the customer. Another thing you want to make a mental note of is the way the merchandise is displayed and how the customers are allowed to browse.

You start your own garage sale by cleaning out your basement, attic, closets and garage. Talk to your relatives and friends; tell them what you’re going to do and ask them for donations of no longer used or unwanted items. It’s here that you will get your first experience in negotiating, and finally, an agreement for you to display and sell other people’s merchandise for a percentage of the sales price. You will find people explaining that they really don’t have a use for a specific item or don’t want to keep storing it – but because of sentimental reasons, “just hate to give it away.” Once you have some experience with this type of seller, you will be able to advertise that you buy garage sale items, or take them on consignment for a percentage of the final sales price.

The advertising is quite simple, and shouldn’t cost very much either. You could run an ad in your area shopper’s newspaper a week in advance of and up to the day of your sale. Once you’re operating on a full-time, every day of the week schedule, you’ll want to change your ad schedule and the style of your advertising. However, in getting started, go with small classified ads simply announcing your garage sale, emphasizing that you have something of interest to everyone – everything from A to Z. To get ideas on how to write your ad, check newspapers. Cut out all the garage sale ads you can find and paste them up on a piece of paper.

Then, with a bit of critical analysis, you will be able to determine how to write a good ad of your own by determining the good and bad in the ads you have collected. Something to remember: The bigger and better your sale, the bigger and better your “getting started” ads should be. The secret to outstanding garage sale profits is in having the widest or largest selection of merchandise possible.

You should make an old-fashioned “sandwich board” sign to display in front of your house when your garage sale is open for business. This will pull in your neighbours if you haven’t already informed them and attract people driving by. Sandwich boards can be put up at key traffic intersections not far from the site of the garage sale to attract attention and point the way. (First check with local ordinances to see if this is permitted in your area.)

Another “sign idea” practiced by a few sharp operators is the old “Burma Shave” roadside pointers. Here, you simply tack a few pieces of cardboard onto power poles at about 200 yards intervals on a thoroughfare leading to your garage sale. You will create a lot of traffic this way! Simply visit the public library and check out a book on limericks, adapt the ones you find humorous, and start making signs. One word here though: Check your local ordinances before you start nailing signs to power poles.

You can also investigate and utilize the free bulletin boards in your area. Its better, and usually much more profitable, to make up and attention-grabbing circular you can post on these bulletin boards than just using a written 3×5″ card announcement. Any quick printing shop will be happy to assist if you do not have the means to do it yourself. Have 50 to 100 -  8×11″ posters printed. The cost should not be too excessive. If you make this “circular/poster” up with versatility and long-time usage in mid, you can use it over and over again, simply by pasting a new date on the poster.

Now let’s talk about the ‘insider secrets” of drawing people into your sale, and merchandising “gimmicks’ that will result in the maximum sales and profit for you. First, call attention to your sale. Don’t be shy about letting everybody for miles know that you are having a garage sale. Some sharp operators do the next best thing to having the Goodyear blimp overhead: They rent miniature blimps and send them up above the housetop where the sale is – with some sort of sign on the side of it, inviting people to visit! This is one of the strongest available advertising ideas for pulling “traffic’ to a sale of any kind.

You have to give your sale some flair. Put some posts up across the front of the property and run some twisted crepe paper or brightly coloured ribbons between them. Invest in some colourful pennants and fly them from temporary flagpoles. Do not forget the balloons! Make your garage sale a fun kind of event with clusters of balloons anchored to your display tables and racks. Be sure to “float” them well above the heads of your customers as they browse through your merchandise displays.

Cover your display tables with colourful cloths. Don’t hesitate to use bright colours with busy patterns. Regardless of what you sell, effective display is still predominately essential! You cannot “dump” items haphazardly on a table, sit down and expect to make great profits. The people doing the most business – making the most sales, are the ones with interesting displays, action and colour.sp

Try to have as wide a selection of colours as possible in your clothing racks, and mixes them for a rainbow effect. Make sure that your jewellery items shine and sparkle. Arrange them in and with jewellery boxes, jewellery ladders and other items for showing off jewellery while keeping it neatly organized. You can for instance arrange jewellery items in a battery operated Lazy Susan. Seeing this jewellery slowly turning never fails to draw attention.

Think about it, and then study the methods of display used by “rack jobbers” in the stores in your area. This kind of display rack would lend itself beautifully for anchoring a cluster of balloons. Keep these things in mind, and build your individual displays as part of the whole; make it pleasing to the eye as well as convenient for your customers to browse through and select the items that appeal to them.

Look for an interesting and unusual item to call attention to your sale – something you can set up or park in front of your house during your sale. Something like a horse-drawn surrey, a restored Model T, an old farm plough. Or a manikin dressed in an old time farm bonnet, long dress and apron. Anything of an unusual and interesting nature will do the trick. Wherever your imagination takes you, you have to be different and distinctive. If you will take the time to use a bit of imagination and set your sales up with this kind of flair, you’ll not just draw the crowds but will be in for a nice surprise when you count the profits.

It’s almost a compulsion of many women to go shopping, to search for the interesting and sometimes rare and valuable items. This fact will keep you as busy as you’ll ever want to be – staging and holding garage sales. When making up with my boyfriend I tried to remember these tips that my older and wiser friend had given me.  

Myself and my ex got back together so I hope they work for you too.

1) Men don’t like chit chat: Generally speaking men don’t like to talk in depth about their feelings and  forcing the issue will just cause them to clam up even more. So when you are trying to get back together, don’t force him to analyze what went wrong. If he behaved badly but is willing to apologize, accept it and move on.  

2) Men can only concentrate on one thing at a time.  This is really true so don’t try and fight it. Very few  men can multitask and it is their genetics that are to blame so shouting at him is pointless.  The sooner  you accept that your man cannot listen to you while reading his newspaper or watching TV the better. Most of the time, he is not ignoring you on purpose. The more you try to understand that this is the way he is programmed the less arguments you will have.

3) Men like toys. The joke is that men never grow up and show it by still playing with toys.  Most men love to build things and start DIY jobs. Not all of them like to finish these jobs which can cause problems at home. Let your man indulge his hobbies, within reason. You can spend time with your girlfriends while he is fishing or building a boat. By compromising like this, he will probably be much more willing to spend time with you doing things together that you both enjoy.

4) Don’t assume that your man knows that you want to make up with him. Men in general tend to be a bit slow in picking up signals especially about relationships. For this reason, you sometimes need to be very direct  and tell them exactly how you feel. Men don’t like games unless they understand the rules like in Golf or Chess. Us women change the rules on dating more often than men change their shirts so we need to give them a break if they get a little confused.  

5) Have you heard the joke – “Why does it take loads of sperm to fertilize one egg?  Because they refuse to  stop for directions!”  I know the men in my life would prefer to get lost, than admit defeat and stop to ask for directions.  Generally men find it very hard to admit they are wrong. If you question what they say, they can believe you are implying they have done something wrong.  This can cause problems in modern relationships as women are so used to being the boss at work and giving others directions.  

I am not suggesting that women have to become door mats or defer to their partners. But a little understanding of genetics goes a long way to help resolve the question of making up with my boyfriend.

Oxidization or aeration is the process of mixing oxygen into a freshly opened bottle of wine. This process ensures that flavours and essential oils meld together, mellowing and rounding out any harsh or tart elements in younger wines. Traditionally, this was done by decanting a bottle into a wide bottomed vessel and leaving it to air for several hours. The main culprit in the tart or strong flavors in your favorite red are tannins.

Tannins are “flavinoids” in wine that have that bitter, mouth drying sensation. Tannins come from grape skins, stems and seeds, which is why red wines have more tannin than whites – the skins give the wine its dark colour. Tannins are also added by contact with oak or other woods in the wine barrels themselves, though to a much lesser degree. Since tannins have antioxidant properties, they play a key role in the ageing process of wines. As red wines mature, the tannins accumulate together and settle to the bottom of the bottles in a light film of sediment. (This is why you should always watch that last glass of red…the sediment can be very bitter)

Maceration time has a huge impact on the amount of tannin in your wine, and different varieties are known for their heavy tannic properties when young. Wines made from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are known to have stronger tannins, like Bordeaux, Barolo and Port. Italian wines and French wines from Burgundy have less tannin, as do Pino Noirs, Roijas and Beaujolais. Regardless of your preference, most young reds will benefit from a swirl through your favourite aerator – whether it’s a bubbler or a streamer. An added bonus to aeration – you can keep that bottle longer, enjoying a single glass at a time instead of decanting an entire bottle.

The rabbis have been lying by omission for 2000 years by not reading it; to keep the Jews in ignorance of the truth of the messianic prophecy. It says “for the TRANSGRESSIONS OF MY PEOPLE HE WAS STRICKEN…MY RIGHTEOUS SERVANT SHALL JUSTIFY MANY, FOR HE SHALL BEAR THEIR SINS”.

The rabbinic interpretation is that HE represents Israel, not Jesus, which would make MY PEOPLE mean the gentile world. But this interpretation is inconsistent with all of Isaiah’s writings, where MY PEOPLE always refers to the Jewish people. So to be consistent, it does here as well, meaning that HE refers to one man, Jesus. His Hebrew name is YESHUA which means SALVATION.

Consider this: if you feel MOVED or a GOOD FEELING while listening to this music, it is because the MESSAGE is True. It is from God. The psalms say “God inhabits the praises of his people”. So we feel God’s spirit when we worship or listen to worship music. The “Hallelujah chorus” of Handel’s Messiah says “King of Kings, Lord of Lords, He shall reign forever and ever.” The Book of Revelation (NT) says Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

I became a Christian after going to a house church of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship. Their music is powerful in evoking God’s spirit. They were worshipping Jesus, and a spirit of love flooded through me, coming from the Holy Spirit. The Vineyard’s music is used in many churches; it is powerful because the songs sing TO God rather than ABOUT God; hence invoking a more powerful outpouring of his Spirit. The First time I read ISAIAH 53, as I read the first line, “to WHOM is the arm of the Lord revealed?” I started to weep, and I heard in my mind “to HE who seeks his name”. The weeping was a reaction from deep inside my spirit of the presence of God as He spoke to me. This word was referring to Jesus. God confirmed this to me later, when I was praying about it again, and he said to me repeatedly, “Don’t Deny the Name of my Son”. He also said “My Word is true” which is why I believe in the bible.

I prayed to God to show me if it was true Jesus was the messiah, and he answered me in a dream where I was shown 2 scriptures, one was Jeremiah 31:31. It says “I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, not like the one I made with them when I took them out of Egypt, which they brake, …and I will forgive their sins.”

So the old testament prophets wrote about a new covenant to come, and the New Testament is that covenant. That is why it is so important for Jews to READ IT.

Ignorance of the Old Testament and the New Testament is NOT God’s will.

Jews cannot afford to be ignorant of the Old Testament prophets who wrote about the messiah, and the New Testament which testifies to it being Jesus. His Hebrew name, YESHUA means Salvation. GOD’S provision for salvation was by sending a savior as an atonement for sin.

The prophet Hosea said “My people suffer for lack of knowledge”. A lot of the suffering of the Jews through sickness is unnecessary and could be avoided by knowing the power of Christ.

ACCEPTING JESUS AS SAVIOR NOT ONLY GUARANTEES US SALVATION; IT ALSO BRINGS HEALING OF SICKNESS WHEN WE PRAY IN HIS NAME. Isaiah 53 says “by his stripes we are healed”.

I am a Jew who accepted Jesus/Yeshua as savior and I have been healed of several illnesses by praying in Jesus’ name. I know the authority and power of Jesus/Yeshua. God gives us authority to rebuke illness in Jesus name.

An important point: According to Torah, Jews sacrificed animals for sin offerings. That stopped in 70 AD,when the temple where they did the sacrifices was destroyed. If it was so important to God to have them sacrifice animals, why would God allow the temple to be destroyed so they could no longer continue? Because That Covenant was OVER. Jesus established the new covenant by HIS sacrifice on the cross for the sins of all mankind, once and for all.

The animal sacrifices were a foreshadowing of Jesus’ atonement; his sacrifice follows the Jewish concept of sacrifice for sin; it comes right out of it. God allowed the temple to be destroyed because it was no longer necessary to keep sacrificing animals once Jesus had completed his mission.

A rabbi wrote that Christianity is closer to biblical Judaism than Modern Judaism. And he is right, because of this issue of the atonement. Modern day Jews repent of their sins once a year on Yom Kippur. Christians repent continually, thanking God for sending Jesus as their atonement. When we repent, we get closer to God. Sin pushes us away from God. Repentance draws us back. Wouldn’t it be better to have that intimacy all the time, rather than just once a year? If you carry your sins all year, that is a lot of weight spiritually and is the source of all kinds of problems/curses. It is Jesus’ blood sacrifice that washes away that sin, when we acknowledge it, and hence removes curses as well. Unrepentant sin gives the devil an opening to attack us in all kinds of ways, through sickness and other problems. Healing comes when we repent of our sins. When I repented to God of sexual sin, I was instantly healed of a sexual disease, which came as the result of the sin.

The lamb’s blood over the doors in Egypt at Passover which protected the Jews from curses on the Egyptians was a foreshadowing of Jesus’ blood (that is why he is called the lamb of God) which also protects from curses.

The Passover seder is a symbolic foreshadowing of the messiah. The lamb shank represents Jesus, the lamb of God. The 3 matzohs represent the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The Middle matzoh, the afikomon, represents the son, who was broken, taken away and returned (like the matzoh). The translation of the Greek word AFIKOMON is “I am coming, I have come”.

An important fact is that Jesus was SENT TO THE JEWS, not the gentiles. All of the early disciples were Jews; the gospels were writtten by Jews (except Luke, a gentile).

If God didn’t intend for the Jews to believe in him as Savior, why did he send him to the Jews first? Jesus was not preached to gentiles until later by Paul, who got a revelation from the Holy Spirit that he was to preach salvation through Jesus to the gentiles AS WELL. So God doesn’t think it is OK for Gentiles to believe in Jesus but not the Jews. Some Jews say, we don’t need Jesus, we have God. But God’s PROVISION for Salvation for Jews was THROUGH the Savior who he SENT as an atonement! Not some other way!

Salvation through acceptance of Jesus as savior is a GIFT given by Grace, that CANNOT be earned. We cannot “earn” our way into Heaven by works. The Torah wasn’t sent to provide salvation, but to guide us in how to live on earth. That is why so many feel that Judaism doesn’t say that much about the afterlife. That is why the New Testament came; to address that issue. And Salvation can only be RECEIVED Through Faith, not EARNED through WORKS. If we refuse this gift given by God, this enormous sacrifice paid by Jesus, we HURT God’s heart. He once said to me “I am weeping for my people” and I was weeping as he said it. He was showing me the pain he feels at the ignorance of the Jewish people and the rejection of his gift of grace.

The gospel of John says “The law came by Moses, but grace and truth come by Jesus Christ.” John 1:17.”

“For God so loved the world that He sent his only begotten son, full of grace and truth, that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16

Receiving Jesus/Yeshua as savior should not be such a big deal. When I ask Israelis what they think of Jesus, a common response I get is “WHAT’S THE BIG DEAL? HE WAS A JEW!” Their attitude is, “I KNOW I’m a Jew because I LIVE IN ISRAEL.” Their identity as a Jew is tied up with the land, not the rejection of the “Christian messiah”. The Identity of what makes a Jew is the problem that needs to be addressed by Diaspora Jews. And the

solution, actually is twofold; God wants ALL his people to RETURN TO ISRAEL, and also to ACCEPT YESHUA as Messiah.

God prophesied in the old Testament prophets that when the Jews return to Israel, HE would put a NEW SPIRIT IN THEM. And that spirit is the HOLY SPIRIT, which testifies that Jesus IS the messiah. God wants every person to be born again, and that means being filled with the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said “unless ye be born again, ye will not see the kingdom of God” John 3:3. To be saved, a person needs to repent of his/her sins, accept Jesus as savior, and ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit.

God never stopped using prophets to talk to people. In the New Testament, there is the office of prophet in the church.(Ephesian 4:11; 1Corinthians 12:28).

God has also been talking to everyone, though, for the last 2,000 years, in our thoughts, through the Holy Spirit, which Jesus sent from heaven to earth, to be with us and teach and comfort us. My article “do you believe God talks to you? He DOES-in your thoughts” explains this. Jesus said “my sheep hear my voice” John 10:27. It is normal Christian theology to hear from God.

“The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things..Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you, not as the world giveth, give I to you. John 14:26-7

 Being filled with the Holy Spirit brings inner peace.

Isaiah 9:6, also sung in Handel’s Messiah, says “to us a son is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Tsar Shalom).

The first chapter of the Gospel of John explains the divinity of Jesus;

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God. John 1:1

The law came by Moses, but grace and truth come by Jesus Christ John 1:17

The trinity is explained in 1John 5:7; “There are 3 that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word & The Holy Ghost, and these 3 are 1.”

The Schma says “Hear O Israel the Lord our God the Lord is One”. The word for one is ECHAD.

Echad is a COMPOUND UNITY, which allows for the Trinity. This is because the same word is also used in Genesis 2:24 where it says “a man shall leave his mother and cleave to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh”. Here it is describing 2 people, yet one in flesh. 2 in 1, like the Godhead, 3 in 1, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

I had a personal revelation about this word while traveling to ISRAEL: at EL AL, as I was on line, a man came behind me, and the Israeli looked at us and asked “ECHAD?” meaning “are you one with him?”

In the dream I had with 2 scriptures after asking God if Jesus is the messiah, the second scripture was Zechariah 12-14. In it, he says “They will look upon me whom they have pierced, and mourn for him as an only son.”

This interchange of the pronouns indicated that Father and Son are united, evidence of the trinity, where it says “There are 3 that bear record in Heaven, the Father Word & Holy Spirit, and these 3 are 1″. John 5:7

I say this because I saw a supernatural warning in the Boston Globe in 200l; a picture of Bush and Tom Ridge in front of a flag, and the flag that appeared in the picture was NOT the American flag but a swastika! Jews can return to ISRAEL SUPERNATURALLY, without money or Airplanes, by Praying in Jesus’ name for the Holy Spirit to take you there.

Fast, and travel light. Others have traveled this way; including people in contemporary times; there are also 2 examples in the bible; “Ezekiel 3, (OT) and Philip in Acts ch 8 (NT). Jesus said “Nothing is Impossible with God” Math 17:20and “ask anything of the father in my name, and I will do it.”

Preventive Maintenance to Reduce the Need for Regular Carpet Cleaning

Regular carpet cleaning is a major headache especially if you have expensive or wall to wall carpeting. It is quite a backbreaking task to vacuum large stretches of carpet on a weekly basis, while ensuring that all inaccessible corners get the attention they require.  However, this is also not a task that you could avoid doing because you need to clean your carpets frequently in order to keep your house or office free of disease or unpleasant smells. You have to ensure that your door mats are cleaned often so that they do not become a source of the very problem you are trying to avoid. Mats with plastic bristles can be used at your back door, especially if it leads out into a muddy or sandy yard.

You should also make it a point to use soil retardants on your carpets if you know that there is a chance that soil and grit can come on to the carpets because of where your home or office is located. Make sure that you use them correctly so that you do not damage your carpets inadvertently.

Many people use area rugs on their wall to wall carpeting in order to define certain areas. You could place them strategically so that you can protect the carpeting below from spills and stains which are bound to occur. These area rugs are easier to clean when they do get soiled and you can even take them to a professional carpet cleaning agency whenever required, unlike your entire wall carpeting. Don’t forget to clean these area rugs regularly or properly. The area under these rugs has to be cleaned often so that the pile of the carpet below is restored. On a similar note, move heavy furniture often so that the pile does not get crushed beyond repair.

You can reduce your expense on carpet cleaning considerably if you follow these tips. You will save yourself a good deal of vacuuming by reducing the frequency at which your carpet needs to be cleaned without compromising on either the appearance or cleanliness of your home.
