I applied on careerbuilder.com for this position in "marketing" and "promotions". Two days later they called me for an interview. I’m kind of weary of this company since there are a couple of scammer companies taking applicants. I know "Fiat Lux Enterprises" and "Axis" is definitely a scam company but I’m not sure about "Redline Incorporated". Here’s why I ask…

They told me I’d have to go to an interview near 48th St. & Southern in Tempe. That was a red flag since "Axis" is on 48th St. & Broadway. The woman that called mistakenly said the offices were on 48th St. & Broadway at first but when I looked up the address it was actually 48th St. & Southern. Another red flag. Then I automatically asked what I would be doing because I have been scammed before and didn’t want to be stuck out trying to sell to strangers in a neighborhood. She said I wouldn’t do anything like that, maybe going to set up events. They specialized in automotive and racing and she said they’ve been working with "NASCAR" then I remembered when Fiat Lux called me, they mentioned Pepsi and NASCAR as well. Another red flag. I’ve done research but found not much other than there was a "Red Line Events" that turned out to be a scam. Anyway, I cancelled my interview so if anyone can help me out I’d greatly appreciate it!

Long story. We got married after dating for 2 years in high school. We were both only 18 years old and still in our senior year. The crazy thing is my parents don’t know about it but hers do because we got married so that we could stay together through college. See, she came from another country when she was 2 but her parents never bothered to get her documentation aside from a passport so she was totally screwed for her future cuz she couldnt get a real job or go to college. I love her very much and i knew the only way we could stay together was if we got married cuz i was going away to college and she could only come with me if she could go to school and work as well. So we did. We got married last April, and things were great for awhile, but then I went away for 6 weeks for my first summer semester at school, 7 hours away from where i lived. She thought i was abandoning her and thought i was being an asshole, and in all fairness i kinda was cuz i thought she wasnt respecting the fact that i had a great opportunity to go to a good school. However, about 2 weeks after being up there, i notcied she started talking to an ex from a really really long time ago, like when she was a freshman in high school. However, they only dated for 2 weeks and i talked to her about it and she said theyre just friends and i believed her cuz i trusted her. Then, as time went on, she kept talking about him a lot, and he would buy her food, and eventually a fucking iPod which was a huge red flag for me but she just called me paranoid and a jerk. They even went on little dates, which she had no problem telling me about, so i assumed "how could she be hiding something from me if shes telling me everything they do?" see, my wife has no friends cuz they were all either mean deep down inside and didnt care about her, or she chose to cut them out of her life. So, i was actually glad she had a friend to do stuff with while i was gone. Eventually i went back home after the semester, and i could tell things were a little different. She was acting more like a good friend with me than a lover or a wife. I thought it was just playful and the kind of strangesness of not being around someone for awhile, but then once we moved back up to my college together and started living together, things started getting strange. She would talk to him nline all night, long after i had already fallen asleep. I would get upset about it and she would just say she couldnt believe how jealous and threatened i was. Then, i had to fly back to my home state where i was born for a dual memorial because both of my grandparents past away around the same tie last year, and about 20 minutes before i got on the flight, my wife’s best friend from her childhood sent me proof that she had indeed been fucking her ex. I confronted her about it via instant messaging and she broke down. She admitted to it, apologized profusely. I thought i was having a panic attack when i read the conversation that proved she was sleeping with him. I went off on her of course, telling her i fucking hated her and how could she do that to me. However i didnt tell her (and i forgot to mention whilst writing this story) that i had an inebriated one night stand with a friend from elementary school whom i reconnected with at college. We did not have sex but we fooled around a little bit, and my wife always told me "if you just kiss another woman, dont tell me, its a waste. Only tell me if you sleep with someone" so naturally i didnt tell her. In hindsight, i shouldve told her then and there but i was too furious and in total shock for the thought to even enter my head.

Basically thats as much of the story i can get on here without writing a whole novel and killing myself afterwards.

So, we’re still together, she found out about what i did a few months later, threatend to leave but i convinced her to stay, went to therapy to burn the thoughts out of my head of her with another man, but we still have problems.

My main reason for writing all this is this- its fairly obvious that since her affair my wife has found me much less sexually attractive. Our sex is much less frequent and she doesn’t seem to want me as bad as she used to. Now i asked her after her affair "was he better then me? did he have a bigger dick than me?" to which she always replied no but part of me thinks she just didnt want to crush my ego and self esteem any more. However i cant help but think she doesnt enjoy our sex as much anymore (even though she always climaxes, and believe i can tell shes not faking!) because she is comparing it to the lustful, passionate sex she had with her ex in her own head. What the hell do I do? If I confront her about it shell probably just breakdown and cry and want to leave me cuz its been a while since her affair and shell think i havent forgiven her. Well here goes….. my ex and i had sex like almost a month ago and the condom broke. i had my regular cycles start on the 28th of november which was a friday and ended on the 5th of december. a week cycle is normal for me and i don’t get menstrual pain during my period. so i saw my stomach getting rounder and projecting out more so i bought a pregnancy test at CVS and it said negative. but yet my tummy still looks and feel pregnant. now last night i stated having lower back pains and this morning i woke up with massive stomach pains and i was bleeding. this is a big red flag. ……. could someone please tell me whats going on. i asked this question before in another category and not getting really good answers so i figured i would try again.

My mother and I bought a car from a dad and his son. The dad and son said it was a clean green title and had no accidents. It looked to be in good shape, we got the title notarized and paid cash for it. We went to the tag agency about a week later to get a tag put on it. They said that this wasnt the most recent title and that we can’t do anything with this. Now The son is out of state, and he tried to send us a bill of sale, it didn’t work because the tag agency said that they had a title printed last july. Now, we are trying to figure this out with the dad and son, and he says it is probably a salvage title…that’s a red flag now. This all seems fishy. Would we be able to take them to court and sue them for our money back?

In 2007 I bought a 5 acre parcel of dirt for investment purposes. I was given a Form 1098 to fill for it, and then I lost the land in 2008 due to fraud and theft. I never owned a house on it and I never declared it my primary address. During this time I lived with my parents until May 2009 I bought my first house ever. I applied for First time home buyer credit, but was denied because I filled a form 1098 on my 2007 tax returns. How can I fight this? What do I need to provide to prove I never lived in a different state and owned a house on it. It was just dirt when I entered into a contract for deed. I never received a deed… so how can I show the IRS I am okay for the credit. They saw the 1098 and threw a red flag, but I never lived on an unamed dirt road in the middle of nowhere. Any help please!
The landowner sent me the 1098 form. I did my taxes using turbotax and the form needed to be entered. He was selling the same parcel of property to more than one investor and that was fraud. I had to sue him to get my money back. So how can I prove that I never lived there… I never declared that property as my primary address.
I never intended to write off anything, the landowner sent me the 1098 form. I just followed the turbo tax procedures.
I entered into a Contract for Deed on a parcel of five acres of undeveloped land with the landowner in 2007. A deed was never issued or registered in my name. I never took out a loan and I cannot provide a physical address because there is only a dirt road that leads to these barren lots. This was an investment to buy land and sell it at a later time. I sued the landowner for fraud and we settled the case where my monies I had invested were returned to me.

I am looking forward to buy one car BMW 525i (2002) with 132800 miles on it.
Dealer is aksing for $ 9 K for it.
car looks good but I am not sure what exactly to look for and if this is right price.

1.What are the things that I be wary about when buying bmw of this model
2. is price right? I would be paying cash.
3. Dealer is big dealer in this area sells certified pre owned bmws but this one is not certified an d with no warranties.Dealer does not agree for third party inspection stating insurance issues…(that is red flag for me but I have no exp buying used car from dealers).

and wanted to get the mechanic on his premises ( I doubt that he would pay him to cheat me perhaps) but is this some this usual for big dealers??

4. Is there any way to verify mileage claims that he is making without actually buying car?

i put up a laptop on craigslist and was emailed from a "buyer" who lives across state and wanted to buy it for a coworker, in his first email he says "i hope this isnt a scam, ive been screwed before" in a few more emails he states he’ll upload photo id to prove citizenship , he sent me his license, i virus scanned it and it looked to be a legit license, he asked me to ship it to west africa, red flag, and that he’d pay me 00 to ship there (0 more than i posted in my ad)

i decided to send him a request, when the email address he provided appeared, it showed him as an unverified premier member with a (0) in the sales rating thing..

my email linked to my paypal addy, filled up with messages stating the money has been withdrawn from his account and is pending until i provide a tracking number then it will be released to me

I work at a small company there are about 20 of us. We all decided to play the big lotto twice a week.
We figured with 20 chances we have more of a shot. One lady that we work with decided to be in charge of taking the money and buying the tickets.
Here is the problem in the 12 weeks we have been playing she has only brought copies of the tickets for us to see 3 times. everyone has brought to her attention that we want copies of them and each time she has an excuse.
she has stated also that she plays on her own also. So here is the red flag we all are wondering if first she is even buying our tickets or just putting the money in her pocket that is 40 per week. or if she is buying them and we do get lucky and hit she can just walk away with all our money stating that she won on her ticket not ours.
Everyone wants someone else to be in charge but no one wants to hurt her feelings or to cause a problem with someone we work with. So how would you handle this? what should we say to her?

I bought a bundle of Wii games on eBay from a seller in the U.K. He had over 60 100% positive feedback and nothing that raised a red flag. On the eBay listing he stated that these games are NTSC and will only work on American/Canadian consoles and modded Wiis.

I have tried to play all 16 games and I can’t get a single game to register in my U.S. Wii. The first thing I noticed about the discs is that they all look different than a standard NTSC label. First off, some of the labels look dark. Secondly, they all have a box with colored number of varying sorts under the "Wii" mark. On one it says "RVLU 3311." On another it says "0062."

The labels say they are NTSC and for use only in USA, Canada, Mexico and Latin America. Some of them also say DVD ROM D9.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?
I forgot to mention that none of the games came with their original boxes. So the only thing I have to go off of is the disc itself. All of the discs say they are NTSC somewhere on the disc.
