She went out of town without telling me. A friend of mine called me to tell me that she was there. I was going to the same location and supposedly attending the same party but my flight got delayed and she didn’t even call me to see where I was or why I wasn’t there.

Is it even a relationship anymore and where do we go from here?

Then she told me she was going out with an old friend (male) and then she didn’t call me for 3 days…she bought a car and didn’t tell me and put a down payment on a condo and didn’t tell me, but she said that was her focus. She’s already been married twice and divorced twice, my friends say that should’ve been a major red flag. We’ve known each other a long time and we use to live together but us living together didn’t work out. It seems like she only wants to act like my girlfriend when it makes her look good or when she wants me to do something for her.

I’m tired of trying to talk to her about it because she won’t communicate how she really feels.

Now I’ve met this new woman who I have great chemistry with and told her the story and she lives in another state. Now she’s all insecure because she thinks that my gf is still in the picture and I haven’t even talked to her.

My husband and I are buying our first house. We’re using his friend’s dad as our realtor. He was recommended to us by several friends (in various price range homes). I think he’s taking advantage of us because he knows my husband. He doesn’t seem to be working very hard. All of the houses we’ve seen are ones that my husband, Aaron, and I saw on the MLS website. The realtor, Mike, only showed us 2! We went in to make an offer on a house 2 weeks ago & we got there & he told us all of this stuff about the house that contradicted things he’d previously told us (he said it had only had one owner, when in fact, it had had 5. It was a habitat for humanity house in 1991, etc.) That should have been a red flag, but he apologized perfusely & insisted the other realtor had given him falsified information (which didn’t surprise us since she had it listed as hardwood {really laminate}, new roof {original roof}, etc.). We found one we love & we are in contract as of this past Friday. Our realtor was going out of state for his son’s wedding & he suggested we get it inspected today. Well, we got there with the inspector & he was like, "I can’t even do your inspection– none of the appliances or light fixtures are hooked up, the carpet isn’t tacked down, etc." We call the realtor & he’s like, "I didn’t know you guys were doing the inspection today. The sellers need more time. Let’s ammend the contract & give them 11 more days." I’m so sick of this. Now we’re in a contract that’s just a bunch of BS b/c our realtor is LAZY and the sellers are morons (who signs a contract knowing they have such and such to do & then whine that they need more time?!).

-Is this "ammendment" legal?
-Are we just being taken advantage of (we’re 1st time buyers)?
-Should we ask for more off the price for all this hassle? We already turned in our 2 month notice at our apartment!

Im trying to sell a item on ebay. Well I specific put free shipping and will
ship only within the United States. It even says Free Shipping with in the U.S.
So I check this morning and this guy or person named pm35 from the U.K. used the buy it now choice. But when
I click send invoice, It gives me a Nigeria address.
(Hes Got a Nigerian address when I send the invoice but
It says hes in the U.K. when I click his name)
Which gives me a immediate red flag.
So I look up his zip and Nigeria in the same sentence
and this site pops up saying Fraud.
Apparently there’s people that use the buy it now icon
or bid on high priced items and try to use this thing called western union bid pay or something.

Okay, so a few days ago, I posted an ad on Craigslist selling my portable DVD player and 3 Disney DVD’s. A woman named "Judith" replied. She said that she was interested, and that she would pay me 0.00 + the cost of express mail international shipping. Everything looked legit. Then I got an email from Paypal stating that I’d just recieved an instant payment from her. It stated that I had to ship the items, and then email proof of shipping, and that then my paypal acount would be credited. So, this morning, I went down to the post office, packaged up the item, paid the in shipping, and emailed the tracking number.
THEN I started reading things on the internet, and realized that I was being scammed. I was freaking out, because my boyfriend warned me of this, but I shurgged it off, and said it was okay because I got an email from paypal. I went and looked at the email from "paypal" again, and saw that the email address that it was sent from (small, in bracketts) was not paypal. It was something like shipping.proof@consultant.com or something like that. So, I sent the emai to Paypal, and they emailed me back and said that it was a phishing email. Right away, I called my Mom. She said to call the post office, and then go pick up the package. That’s exactly what I did. I got the package back, and my money back, and I sent this so called "judith Pope" a nasty email. It shoud have been a red flag when she said she wanted it shipped to NIGERIA. For some reason it wasn’t. My parents also lended me each so that I can buy healthy foods still.
I love my parents. I love Andree too, but I hate that he always has to be right, and most of the time is, so I think I’m going to keep my story for the day to myself. From now on, I only sell through ebay.
should i be worried about my identity being stolen? the only info they have is my first and last name, my address, and my email.

I just recently in the past few weeks found out that my wife got back into contact with an ex boyfriend of her’s,that i asked her to stop speaking with due to the ammount of time they spent on the phone with each other when we first started dating.
she hid this fact from me untill i found out the hard way by finding a messege to her from him asking her to call him,when i confronted her about it she flat out denied that she had been talking to him,and what makes me wonder the most is that although he lives in another state.
it’s only a 2 hour drive away from where we live,and in the past few days she’s all of a sudden grown an intrest in wearing make-up wich is a red flag for me since she’s never worn it in the 3 years we’ve been married.but she just went out and bought some new eye liner,eye shadow,and mascara the other day,and she’s been buying alot of skirts the past few weeks.she said she has no plans to talk to him anymore since it almost caused our divorce,but i don’t belive it

I have always wanted a Yorkie Terrier. I saw an ad in the Charleston NC for two free yorkies. I emailed the lady (Nini Nouns) and we corresponded back and forth a few times. Everything sounded legit. Supposely she was traveling and was in Washington State at the time. She was going to ship the pups to me and all I had to pay was the shipping fees. I was so excited. She even sent me pictures of "Jake" and "Cindy" She said that she’d dropped the pups off at the airport and the pet carrier service that works for the airlines would contact me with shipping info and I could arrange payment with them.
The "supposed" shipping company contacted me and wanted me to send a Walmart MoneyGram to Cameroon. That popped up a red flag, so I didnt send any money–and I didnt get any pups either (although I doubt they existed)
I googled Yorkie Scams and I saw that I’m not the first one to find out this SCAM! This is insane! Why do people do this? I was so sad that my husband had to go buy me a Yorkie the next day!

In NASCAR they have the green white checker finish. I wish the races ended in with at least 5 green laps or at least 2 attempts at the Green white checked finish. I would rather they red flag the race at 5 to go than run cautions laps then have to do a green white checked finish. How do you wish the races finished when caution flag is thrown with less than 10 laps .
