Which State in the United States has a banner?
From what I’ve heard every state except for one of them has a state flag. The remaining state contains a state banner. I was wondering which state contains a state banner

Specifically, I’m looking for one that has the state flag logo (palmetto tree and crescent moon) embroidered on it. I need to buy it online. 10 points if you can direct me to a specific site where I can purchase it. Thanks!
My aunt bought a condo and was living in it. I told her it would be nice if she put a flag out in her little yard. She said she wasn’t allowed. I got how she wasn’t s’pose to have a religious flag or a state flag but why couldn’t she be allowed to have a US flag in her yard? in the US?! that made no sense considering we live in the US and thats the US flag. But they wouldn’t allow it. I got to thinking, doesn’t that go against our constitution? The first one said freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion, freedom of petion, freedom of expression, freedom of opinion. (that may not be it but its pretty damn close) isn’t it patriotic to have a US flag out in your yard in the US? so shouldn’t my aunt have been able to have a US flag out in her yard?
Specifically, I am looking for a men’s blue baseball hat embroidered with the symbol that’s on the SC state flag (tree and moon). I need to be able to buy it ONLINE. 10 points to whoever can drect me to a specific online store that carries this particular hat. Thanks!
I am talking about private property, not government owned. And I am talking about people who live in one country, but fly the flag of their home country without also flying the flag of the country they are living in. I also am not including anything related to the war or military personel flying their home country flag wherever they are stationed. I mean going to another country, buying a home and ONLY flying your home country flag. I personally live in the US and my US flag got ruined in a sever storm. Until I replace my US flag, I will not fly my State flag because I find it disrespectful to my country. I am very proud of my state, but feel that it would be inappropriate to fly the state without the country. Yet, everywhere I go it seems that people have another country’s flag in their yard while not having one representing the country they are in or even the state. They are obviously making their living here. I Do I have to much pride in my country? Am I being nit-picky?
I don’t have a problem with them flying their home country flag, but think they should also fly the flag of the country they are living and making a living in.
TO MELINDA: I was asking an opinion and I thank you for yours, but I do not appreciate snide little remarks. BTW, my hobbies do not include needlepoint. They include embroidery, sewing, reading. Oh yeah, marksmanship too.
I’m not a democrat, but I’m going to try my best to keep up with the "changes" of the incoming presidential administration, and if our new president says there’s 57 states, I don’t want to be caught off-guard on Veterans day.
I’d be humiliated if everybody but me had a 57 state flag and I didn’t. I don’t want to be the only guy in my neighborhood who’s out of step on this one.
