What is the correct way to dispose of worn American flags?
I have six weather worn American flags from past years. I know enough to not just throw them away. What is the proper way to burn or dispose of the flags in the accepted manner?

The VFW accepts worn flags.
You can take them to your local America Legion. I believe they burn them.
