Will the Busch Series see the COT?
I haven’t noticed because I only saw the Busch Series once this season. It was the race at Talladega. It was such a sweet race where Bobby Labonte pushed Tony Stewart all the way close to the checkered flag then switched up and passed him at the last second for the win.

No, in fact one of the reasons for the COT is because they wanted the Nextel series to have something totally different and unique from the Busch series…

It could be possible in a few years. They have to see if they can convince the Cup drivers first. Although, it’s hard to say. They may not switch and use the COT as a difference between the two series, since many Cup drivers drive the Busch series too.

No NASCAR wants them to be different so there is less cup drivers taking all the Busch rides.

No, but they are talking about bringing the pony cars to the Busch series. Racing Mustangs, Camaros and such.

there are no reports that bush series will go to cot thank god…supposedly that one reason that nascar wanted a difference…time will tell
Nascar is talking about a similar car in the busch series,just for the safety aspect of it and they did say they wanted it to be different from the cup version.
