How old do you have to be to purchase a Flash Pass at Six Flags?
I’m going to Six Flags: Great America on May 21 for a school trip. I was going to get a Flash Pass for my friends and I but I don’t know if there’s an age limit for buying one because I’m only 15. From what I understand as long as you have some sort of collateral to leave when they give you the unit you can buy one but I’m not sure what’s acceptable for that. Could someone please give me an answer to this?

A Flash Pass can be legally purchased at any age, provided you are tall enough to ride.

You have to have a season pass or drivers license to rent a Flash Pass

Sunshine has it right we have to have a way to get in contact with you if you leave the park with a Pass.
The forms of collateral taken are government ID’s, passports or Driver’s licenses. School ID’s are NOT accepted. If you do not have an appropriate form of collateral, you can not rent the flash pass. They need a way to come after you should you steal the Q-Bot device.
